The quality of the fabric is great. It is waterproof and leather-like. I gave it 3 stars because it isn't chocolate in color. The fabric has a burgundy tinge to it. Not a warm chocolate like I thought from the videos. Great price for the quality.

The cover I received is not PU Leather. It is not waterproof or even water resistant. A few drops of water immediately ran through the material which was described as being PU Leather which would not allow water penetration.
