I am very honest with this review. I really want to help you with your decision. This is very well made, good design and comes with an extra attachment just in the event your waist goes up in size or is a little larger than you thought. Love the design of this product. The only thing I would say is that I wished they had it available in the XXS I bought the XS because the XXS was not available. Apart from that, it's well made and worth the price. It's not bulky when you put it on under your clothing and the material is really comfortable. It's just a nice product and I recommend it. If you Have a round tummy you are going to have to work out some to flatten it or you are going to spill over and under this thing which is not the look that you want. This works best if you are a bit straight, you don't have much curve and would like to get that curve in your waist. Hope you find this helpful.

I’m 5’4 155 and my waist is about 30 inches I got the small and it’s the perfect size it is a little scary when u first try to get it on because it’s so tight and I struggled alot but trust me you will get it on and once you use it more it will be easier to put on. This thing is out of Sight!!! The material is of high quality and is very firm! I’m short and kind of on the thickk side; (approximately 5’2” and a good 220lbs)… My recommended size (on this chart) falls under the 5x… However, I ordered a 4x, and it fits me to the “tee”! I was able to pull it over to the 1st and even further (with a muscle tug) to the 2nd row of hooks in order to get an even firmer fit… It’s wonderful that: I can still keep using it along the way; as I train to become more defined in my waist area! The best part is: that it comes with an additional extender enclosed in the pack, (which can help you out with about 2- 3 extra inches) if you are slightly exceeding over the recommended inches quoted on the size chart. It’ a Grrrreattt Buy!!! This is a 5+ star rated product!!!! I encourage allllll in need of one; to purchase this waist trainer! It is a great commodity to have! I absolutely Love It! Try it!!
