I’m 5’4 155 and my waist is about 30 inches I got the small and it’s the perfect size it is a little scary when u first try to get it on because it’s so tight and I struggled alot but trust me you will get it on and once you use it more it will be easier to put on. I am very honest with this review. I really want to help you with your decision. This is very well made, good design and comes with an extra attachment just in the event your waist goes up in size or is a little larger than you thought. Love the design of this product. The only thing I would say is that I wished they had it available in the XXS I bought the XS because the XXS was not available. Apart from that, it's well made and worth the price. It's not bulky when you put it on under your clothing and the material is really comfortable. It's just a nice product and I recommend it. If you Have a round tummy you are going to have to work out some to flatten it or you are going to spill over and under this thing which is not the look that you want. This works best if you are a bit straight, you don't have much curve and would like to get that curve in your waist. Hope you find this helpful. ... show more

I do love this product. It doesn’t roll down on you and it will give you a smaller waist. I can wear it all day, working or going out dancing and this thing will not move! It is breathable and I don’t sweat in it. Also it does help your posture. But any back rolls you have will gather and seem to spill over along the top of this corset. This is easily hidden with long hair or certain clothes. I think someone else mentioned that but I still am impressed with it. ... show more

Okay... this thing absolutely snatched me UP. I feel a lot more confident in myself and have started wearing tighter shirts! It wont hurt as long as you're not sitting down for a long period of time. My only complaint is the little metal hooks sorta bent out of place, but i can still hook it!
