these are super cute! they are a generic brand of lego, mini lego size, same type of pieces as legos. yes they are small, too small for me to try dealing with, but my 12 yr old was able to put them together with no problem! each fruit is individually packaged in a separate pouch, so perfect for party gift bags or stocking stuffers. Each pack comes with directions for putting it together. and I was even surprised to see that each pack (each fruit) came with one of those tools for taking the legos apart! you know the orange tool i'm talking about that comes with lego sets that helps take pieces apart when you put one in the wrong place? these each come with a tool for these mini lego like pieces! I was very surprised by that for such little inexpensive sets! I highly recommend these for lego kids! these fit together as they should and stay together just like lego sets do. good quality!

I bought this set for my 11 yr old grandson. We love putting together sets like these. Unfortunately, this set was unbelievably difficult to put together. While we prefer Lego sets better (better instructions, pieces fit together easily) we thought we'd give this one a try. IT IS AWFUL. I consider myself someone who has a great deal of patience but by the time I was done with the first page of instructions, I was ready to throw it away. The pieces are MINISCULE (see photo of pieces from this set compared to pieces from a Lego set). There were 10 bags of pieces and none of the bags were numbered or labeled. You have no idea where to find the pieces you need and with them being so tiny, it takes forever to find the right pieces. They don't fit smoothly together and the amount of pressure needed to fasten them tightly leaves your fingers aching and heaven forbid you put a piece in the wrong spot! Getting them out takes a miracle. The first night we started this set it took 2 hours just to complete HALF the "ground". My grandson gave up after 20 mins. Now I'm sure you're thinking, "geez, she must be an idiot." I'd probably think that too reading this review and having experience assembling sets such as this. I've put together at least 50 Lego sets and have never been so frustrated. It takes longer to find all the pieces needed for a step than it does to put them on the board. We haven't finished it yet, but at this rate, it might be done by next Christmas. If you have small children, DO NOT get this set. The choking hazard on this set is beyond scary.

When she got this she was so excited. She has loved Legos for a long time and just started to get into them hard-core this last year or so. This kit is great and fairly easy to build. 10 out ot 10.

These pieces are about half the size of a lego, so they require some small work. The instructions also leave something to be desired. There are places where you have to solve the puzzle of how to arrange the pieces to make them fit. But the piece is beautiful when it is together.

This is a nice set for anyone that usually flies through the conventional LEGO set.. Pieces look to be 1/3rd the size. It takes up less room for display but is more challenging then a regular set. My daughter is a Lego nut..... and she absolutely loves it.... TY SO MUCH.
