I was an energy drink and caffeine fiend. Drinking two Bangs a day, then weened myself off on three Monster Ultras a day and then decided I was wasting too much money on a bad addiction. I’ve always loved coffee but these were much more convenient, tasted good and were great during the hot summer days. However, I always felt better with coffee, always got more of a sharpness from it too, despite all the additional vitamins, and energizing additives in the drinks. Black Rifle Coffee Company has been my usual go to, especially their Fit Blend but I decided to try this after searching around for a coffee with something “extra” to it. Once I saw this stuff and read up on it, I knew I had to order it. Once I got the coffee, I gave it the smell test and it was rich and full aroma without being anything over-powering. I put the coffee in my new French press and set my kettle to 190 degrees. After pressing, I added a splash of whole milk (after trying it by itself) and the brewed smell was far better than a lot of store bought coffee I’ve tried, even some of the BRCC blends too. The flavor is ultra-smooth and not too heavy. I did three table spoons for about 22~24 oz of coffee and it seemed perfect (may need less for you). The feeling is unlike any coffee I’ve had before. There were no jitters or shakes or anything, just smooth, sharp, clear-headed energy but at the same time I felt like I was oddly relaxed. It’s hard to explain but you feel awakened in a new way. It’s not just an anxious, twitchy, mind-racing alertness, it’s different and hard to describe. You can tell this has more going on that just the bean itself. My ability to focus and how sharp I felt was far superior to even the best energy drink I’ve had. You feel ready to go and a smooth, refreshed feeling with a go-get-em readiness. Whether you’re going to the gym, heading to class or work, this will replace everything you’re taking currently to give yourself that needed boost, this stuff is the real deal and is far superior to the majority of coffee out there too. Only downside is that it is expensive but it’s far cheaper than buying multiple energy drinks a day and is far better for you down the road too. I feel happier and less irritable being finished with those and loyal to this product. It may be more easy to justify since you could potentially save more money if you’re also obsessed with additional supplements for focus/mood boosting/mild relaxation. Your mind will feel much clearer and boosted, plus you’ll be full of that good ol’ caffeine you know and love, along with all the additional nootropics and the essential parts of the bean that make the caffeine hit differently from the energy drinks. Do yourself a favor, get this stuff and stop buying your store brand and instant coffee, Folgers, Starbucks, Monster, Reign and Bang.     • THIS COFFEE IS MAGICAL!!!
After drinking the same coffee day after day I realized I wasn’t getting anything out of it. I would drink 2-3 cups of coffee and still feel tired, even sometimes taking a nap or still nodding off afterwards. This coffee is MAGICAL, amazing, mind-blowing!!!! I know that sounds dramatic but it’s true! I used to be a die hard bang energy drinker but with being pregnant and now having a baby that I strictly breastfeed, I couldn’t continue drinking energy drinks in good conscience. Coffee always seemed weak to me and barely gave me any type of energy boost to function. I also have insomnia a few days a month so I was desperately searching for something stronger that was also safe for a breastfeeding baby (aka doctor approved)... I also have a 3 year old who talks nonstop, asking me the same questions over and over throughout the day which can be very distracting and aggravating, especially when you already suffer from the curse of “mom brain.” I feel as if I slept great all week and can conquer the day with energy, enthusiasm and focus. It is expensive for the amount you get but seems fair considering how much you get out of it. Also, I lose my train of thought A LOT especially after having kids, and I somehow was able to write this review with loud pop music playing. I feel superhuman, holy sh*t! Total game changer!!!!     • I really like how this coffee wakes me up
I was doubtful and honestly didn't love the flavor (not terrible just not exactly my profile). That said I truly feel a difference in how alert and focused I am. It really wakes me up!

    • Superb Coffee for Intermittent-Fasting (weight loss approach), and Great Coffee!
I became interested in "Bulletproof Coffee" or "Fatty Coffee" -- you find a low-mycotoxin coffee, and brew it, then mix in some butter and coconut oil or MCT oil (refined coconut oil). This does several things -- (a) you avoid allergic reactions to the mycotoxins (which are common in coffees, especially cheap blended coffees), (b) the addition of the fats provides energy, kills your early-morning appetite, and triggers your body to go into fat-burning mode. This enables you to skip breakfast, and for many of us, we don't get hungry till past noon. Because the body was designed to eat only now and then (not all day long), this is easier on your digestive system, reduces your over-calorie daily intake, and again promotes your body to burn off excess fat. In other words, by eating less often, you have an easier way to eat less. And by using "fatty coffee," many people find it much easier to eat less often, simply by extending the nightly "fast" from 8-9 hours up to 14-18 hours by skipping the early meals which do not actually benefit us, because we were not designed to eat all day long. The proof of all this is when you give it a try, but if interested, search for "intermittent fasting," and "fatty coffee." A fellow named Dave Asprey coined the term Bulletproof Coffee, and he sells it as a brand, and it must be ground as it's sold as beans. However, I ran across this Kimera Koffee, and was intrigued by the nootropics added into the coffee, plus for my early morning coffee, it is already ground. It is a single-estate coffee, which generally correlates with lower toxin counts, so I gave it a try. I get up, brew a cup of this, and go walk the dogs, where I do some mild tension exercises as we walk in the nearby park. A great wake up! My Conclusion? This is some great coffee. Yes, it costs a little more than supermarket cheap brands, but it provides a safe and effective morning wake-up beverage, has low toxins, and it's WONDERFUL for the intermittent-fasting fatty coffee approach.
