I thought these might be like the viral sticky bras I keep seeing on social media, but they are really just nipple covers. While they do have their uses, they are much too small to provide any meaningful lift, unless you're maybe in the A size range? I've been using them for extra coverage when wearing unpadded bras, but otherwise I don't have much use for them.
