There's literally no negative comment for this thing. I know for a fact that my 2yr old grandson will be driving the zero turn mower before he's 5. This is the 3rd one I have bought because I have 3 grandsons under 3. If they are big enough to walk they are big enough for one of these. I have a 40X60 work shop and they ride them in. We never use the remote, we just let them drive. It doesn't take them long to get it figured out.

We bought 2 for our kids. They both arrived and wouldn’t charge. They were just dead. One of the wires is GLUED to the battery to make it impossible to replace (it said so in the instruction booklet). We couldn’t just return it though. We had to submit a request to the reseller who finally approved the request but said we had to pay for shipping for the return which was LITERALLY going to be $400. On top of that, we would have to arrange for all of the shipping ourselves. No labels or anything. We tried to contact the seller through Amazon to see if they would help but they never responded. We tried to request a refund through Amazon. It was denied. We appealed and explained our situation. THAT was denied. So in the end we lost almost $500 and have 2 broken toys that our 2 and 3 year olds want to play with and don’t understand why they can’t. Merry Christmas. ... show more

So far we love it. Delivery was quicker than expected, packaging was great. And for what it is (a child's toy) I thought it was pretty good quality. I purchased the 12v because my dad recommend it. He also advised me not to charge it for long periods at a time, basically not to plug it and forget it, or it will damage the battery. And sure enough when I read the instructions it said to charge between 8-12hrs and cautions not to exceed 20. I'm really hoping this is the main reason some people are having bad experiences. I mean besides the few that may have actually received duds as all products do. From the return date I saw looks like I got exactly a 1month window. We'll see. I plan to update this review the minute I have problems with it so if this review remains unedited it means ours is still working fine. Edit: June 10, 2022 Just wanted to say it’s still going strong. There was one incident when I thought it broke down but turned out it was just the charger. Found one in the house with the same plug and tried my luck, so glad I did before concluding the actual toy wasn’t working. ... show more
