Oh my goodness, this wagon is amazing. It is so incredibly easy to push even with 80lbs in it, uphill. It fits my kids and all of their things with room to spare and all of my stuff. I love how sturdy this thing is, it’s so well made. It’s expensive, but if you have tall kids it’s definitely worth it. Every time we use this wagon we have at least 10 people ask about it! I was a little sad when I opened the box and found a wheel broken, but that was quickly fixed by Amazon. Very easy to assemble. Definitely have to take the wheels off to get in my trunk but well worth it for the use. We take this often to Knotts. Our friends have the 2 seater so the side by side you can tell the difference in room for the kids! We were able to have two toddlers and a case of water in the wagon and still have room for more! Very easy to push. I still can’t believe the amount of storage this thing has! I wish I had not waited so long to get it! Love the fact you can zip a side down for your own personal diaper change area too! ... show more

Review of the 4-Seater Luxury Wagon I really wanted this wagon to work for my family, but it has been a total letdown. I bought it specifically to get my two autistic boys (ages 7 and 8) through the airport, and I had high hopes given the price and the "luxury" branding. Assembly & Instructions The directions are absolutely terrible. They don’t explain the different seat positions or variations clearly, and they don’t even cover how to fully collapse the wagon. For something this big and complicated, clear instructions should be a priority. Size & Weight It is very large and very heavy. I honestly don’t see how a woman would easily lift this in and out of a vehicle. Folding it down is also difficult—it takes two people to push it closed properly. Handle Design The push handles have seven different positions, which sounds great, but they require both hands to press the buttons in order to adjust. I have small hands, so if both are pressing buttons, what am I supposed to use to actually move the bar? It’s poorly thought out and not user-friendly. Overall Experience For the price, I expected something much more practical and polished. Right now, it feels “just okay” at best. I thought this would be a product we could use for a year or two before my boys outgrew it, but I’m not even sure I want to keep it at this point. Final Thoughts This wagon could have been amazing, but the poor instructions, bulky design, and frustrating functionality make it really disappointing. This is the BEST thing I believe that I have ever purchased as a mother. I am a mother of 3 kids and i truly do not know or remember how i went anywhere without this stroller! I was in the middle of an amusement park with my LARGE 1 year old and he was able to take his afternoon nap while my older 2 still explored the park without interruption it was amazing!
