Purchased the blue and rose colored tablets for our toddlers. For the price, the tablets are good and give a controlled experience. We had an unfortunate problem with one of the tablets but customer service offered warranty solution easily. Would recommend the tablets for younger kids.

Does not stay charged. The games r not for young children controlling volume and other functions are not easily accessible..not a good product idea how can you use it if it only charges for 10 minutes

The tablet is not even a year old yet and the power button no longer works. The battery life is not that great and the tablet is slow. It worked great for the first week or so. Now my daughter is unable to use it.

I bought this tablet for my four year old in February and was initially impressed with the quality. The battery life was great. The speed was even great. About a month in, the handle on the case broke off while she was carrying it. Now it’s July and the tablet is totally broken. I reached out to the seller in June when the screen started becoming unresponsive. It started out freezing and then there would be spots of the screen that wouldn’t respond to touch. We would have to rotate the tablet several times to get it to work. I was asked to upload a video to the seller’s customer service email address. A couple days later, I didn’t get a response so I reached out to the seller, to which, they replied that they had received my video and would reach out to me soon with the best resolution this was on 6/12/22. It is now 7/6/22 and I’ve reached out to them several times with no response. ... show more

We bought this tablet for our 3-1/2 year old grandson. It worked great for him. It was easy to use and held his attention. We had an issue with the tablet. We emailed Okulaku support (the seller). They were responsive and very helpful. We were able to resolve the issue.
