In April 2023, I purchased this pink Okulaku Kid’s 7- inch Tablet for our 18 month old Granddaughter and I bought a blue one for our 3 year old Grandson. I wanted them to have something to watch while they travelled 12 hours to New York to visit there maternal Grandparents. My Granddaughter absolutely loved it and carried it everywhere. However, in June it just all of a sudden stopped working. Her Mother as routinely charged it overnight and then the next morning it didn’t have any power. I contacted Amazon where we went over the troubleshooting procedures and unfortunately it still didn’t work. Since it had passed 30 days to return, Amazon was so helpful and directed me how to contact Okulaku. Amazon stayed in contact with me making sure the seller responded to my issue with the tablet. The representative from Okulaku was also so very helpful and polite by trying to troubleshoot the tablet as well. I had to send a video showing the troubleshooting procedures and how the tablet still had no power. The communication was worry- free with Okulaku and they reacted by their word with sending me a new tablet once they received the old tablet. I can count on this seller and I feel confident in purchasing another tablet with them in the future through Amazon. Amazon was right there with me through the purchase and even after the purchase. Now my Granddaughter and Grandson can together again enjoy their tablets!!🤗❤️❤️❤️

My little guy loves his little table, volume is pretty load, decent on battery life and can take a beating my little guy is kinda rough with his of course it's not allowed but when I'm not paying attention I ketch him standing on it, slapping the screen and throwing it so I give a thumbs up to this tablet because it's still kicking after the amount of abuse it takes

my daughter has went through three different tablets in the past so i was looking for one that can withstand the full force of a toddler i came across this kid friendly tablet and decided to give it a chance! Now what i must say i like that it comes with a parental lock already set up i liked the fact the cassis pretty much welded together with the tablet screen and the durability is pretty nice however i didn’t like the fact that has the operating system of an old android it moved so slow which caused some of the crashes and one side of the screen stop working so i would give this a hit or miss i mean it pretty tuff but the technology side of it needa a few upgrades

it’s great! my 2 year old is nonverbal and he uses this mostly to watch youtube kids. you can parent restrict apps and content which is great, it does take forever to load in from start, and it can be a little hard to touch things because it’s not super touch sensitive which i knew it was gonna be to protect the pixels , but my kid has no patience and doesn’t have many issues. he did “break” the arm off the right side though by somehow popping it out of socket but you can push it back in and clamp the screens back together so there’s that. we bought it a little over a month ago and he’s just now killing a few screen pixels and we have no idea how so i’m not gonna attribute that to the make it’s actually super durable. and it lasts a couple hours on its battery and it’s probably the only thing i’d suggest making to last longer.

The tablet itself is decent. Easy set up. Allows for kids mode or regular mode allowing you to download play store apps. Sceeen is a bit low in quality causing all the colors to blend together. Okay so the big down fall. There is no way to lock the screen from accidental taps. My daughter loves to watch youtube kids but she is a toddler and gets into it and taps the screen which either pauses or closes that app altogether. You can't download a screen lock because it will need access to being able to float on top of the apps. When you go to activate it it say this feature is not allowed because it slows down your phone. Big big deal breaker for me.
