Not what I was expecting,speaker sucks everything sounds like crap static and no way to turn off speech typing, so in order to get apps you have to log into your account it will let you say the user account but not password so unless you have a keyboard you can't get into accounts because u can not disable the speech input very un happy, what device has that??where there's no keyboard for typing on screen so what more money for just a keyboard for this device yea, definitely didn't advertise that u needed a keyboard for it to.!!and it has automatic speech input that u can not disable and picture was not all that either. Definitely didn't feel like as advertised and very disappointed.felt like I should of spent the extra on a better tablet forsure..but the delivery service was on point and on time..

I'm giving a 4 because overall a good product and I'm not sure if I caused the issue I'm having. I'm not sure if you should charge before using to increase battery life. I bought it for my 4 yr old daughter to replace an old tablet, most times she uses the old broken tablet more because of poor battery life. Other than great product!!

The battery life on this tablet is awful. Only about 2 hours before it dies, if that. The volume even at it's lowest is still too loud. Preferred the Amazon fire over this.
