Tablet is super slow and will randomly shut down after a few minutes of full charge. Appears defective and never has worked right. My kid just uses it for YouTube kids and it is so unreliable. Update, they contacted me after the low review asking to email the seller. Sadly the email service did not help. It requested a video of the device so they can “Analyze” the issue , which is that it will not turn on. So they want me to record a blank tablet? What a waste of time. The email was in Chinese for sections. Avoid at all costs.
