This tablet is shared between my 6 & 3 yr old daughters. Regular Acer tablet, I added apps and games that are age appropriate and set up restrictions. So far so good! The strong cover with handle works best for the 3 yr old to carry and the 6 yr old enjoys it on the table with her Orboot.

No it doesn’t have the longest battery life but what do you expect for a $50 tablet that comes with a case, screen protector, and charger. The battery percent does not go up when it is being used. With that being said gives the kids a chance to be off the tablet and play with other things.

(The picture is just the box it comes in, my grand daughter already took hers home!) The 7 inch screen is just a bit bigger then my Samsung Note 9, and is as bright and clear. There's an adult mode and kids mode. The kids mode can have multiple profiles for multiple kids, and you can lock the kids mode out from the adult mode with a 4 digit pin number so the kido's can't get into it and change stuff around. You can control the amount of time they spend on it, and you can control what apps they add to it, in regards to age ratings and price, through the Google Play Store. You can set it so that you get a text on your phone, or an email, when the kids request an app that needs approval too, kind of neat! At set-up, you can use your Google account and import stuff, and if you log into the Google Play Store using your same email, log-in info, that you use on your other devices, then your app library will be available to load onto this tablet, (you can pick and choose) in adult mode. Kid mode still has access to the play store, but you can restrict their ability to purchase, like I mentioned before. In adult mode, you can then pick and choose which apps (the ones you have added, and the ones that come pre-installed), to make available in kids mode. I unchecked a few games that are for older kids on mine for now, until my 2yr old grand daughter gets old enough to know how to play them, then I can just add them back in. You can download any apps that you normally would from any other android device. This tablet works just like any other tablet, and is much cheaper, and has the lock out between kid mode and adult mode. You can add YouTube, Netflix, games, or whatever, and can take videos or photos... It can connect to any network, or hotspot, that's open or that you have a password for. It also has Bluetooth capabilities for wireless headphones or speakers or whatever. It also has a 2 year warranty!! Not just that, but their service department is available to help for the lifetime of the tablet... So even if something goes wrong after two years - they are still available to help you, and can still service it, if needed, at minimal cost. That's awesome!! When I sent the email to register the warranty (super easy, just name, address, and amazon order ID), I received a very pleasant and personalized email back, welcoming me, and providing me with her name and contact info, if i have any issues come up. Super easy and super nice! For people that use the internet, play games, watch movies, or read books, on thier devices, - this tablet can do all of that!!! Went spend "HUNDREDS" on a device if you can do it all here for under a hundred. At the time of my purchase there was a $30 coupon also available! It's an android tablet. I've found I can use it in adult mode, just as much as my granddaughter does in kid mode (maybe more!). ... show more

So I bought this without fully reading the description and was bummed at how small they where. My fault there! However my son didn't mind the size at all. I have to say though it is amazing quality and durability it has held up to my 6 year old boy whose rough on everything.

Bought this for my daughter and she loves it ! So easy for her to hold and the case is extra sturdy . When she drops it or anything it’s protected . Even came with a screen protector for those messy hands . Over all a great buy and affordable . These tablets are FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!!! And we've tried a handful of different tablets; I bought these after returning the Amazon tablets which were absolutely ATROCIOUS! My little ones love these and I love that I can set which apps are on and off the childs profile extensively, I can even set different settings for each app. The battery life is pretty good but, could always be better, hence the 4 stars (I'm not complaining) they are better than some. My youngest can do his schoolwork/play, nonstop for about 5-7hrs before having to charge them which is not bad, they also charge fairly quickly. Screen quality is also fine for a children's tablet and it's no where near the worst, the 4 stars is only because there is a definite difference between my Samsung tablets, which is to be expected and again, the screens on these are perfectly fine! There are even settings you can change to make the picture crisper and sharper, more extensive than I've seen on any child's tablet. They even come with screen protectors!! Usually you have to buy those separately. These tablets make it very easy to get to the parents page with a chosen or their general passcode, to review or make changes and then with one click, it locks back up and goes back on the child's profile. You can even set a max volume preset! I set my kids' to about 50% volume max and it's great. They have some cute little features too! Their little backgrounds are so cute (my oldest chose the live aquarium and my youngest chose the live choochoo train in spring time. Their pre installed apps were mainly geared towards education or Montessori play AND I LOVED THAT! They even have their own child safe camera and video recorder with some cute interactive little filters they can put their face in! I am so incredibly beyond happy with my purchases and I hope they are around for a long time. The stores customer service was fantastic, there was a problem with one of the tablets a month or so after buying and they were so quick to get us another tablet, they sent it with zero complications.
