Received this product end of September. Straight out the gate it was very picky about what chargers/base it would allow to charge it and it was never consistent. It is not December and 100% of the cords do not work. It refuses to charge and my son is devastated. Cheap piece of junk that lags just trying to wake the screen back up let alone stream music. Very disappointed.

I really love the product for my kids. It allows them to listen to music without having access to the internet beyond the music service I log them into. My kid set a password without telling us, forgot it, and then couldn’t get back in. I reached out to customer service. They were very prompt in replying, and walked me through various options for troubleshooting. When none of those worked, they sent us a new device. Very happy with the music player overall amd especially the customer service experience. I’ll be buying another one for my youngest daughter for Christmas this year.

Got this for my son who's 7 and going on 8 and finding music that he likes to listen too. I figured it would be a good alternative for him to have while on his break and on his Christmas trip to see Grandma. He used it everyday for 2 weeks straight and on the plain. He slowly added to his Amazon music playlist and even watched a couple of videos on YouTube. So worth every penny! Is it fast? No, not by my standards. But is it fast enough to have a backup multi media device besides your phone? Yes. It does take about 30 to 45 seconds to boot. But again, still not a problem. It picked up the wifi just fine in the house and other places. If using on a plane I was would suggest pre downloading what you want the day before. Pro: great if you don't have headphones you can listen with built in speaker. Con: 1. headphones were absolute junk. Grab some cheap ones from 5 below, Walmart or here for use. 2. Speaker isn't that loud so don't expect to use it in the garage. But in a shirt pocket works.

This company was awesome to work with. My child locked himself out of not 1 but 2 devices. I contacted customer service to try to figure out how to factory reset them. Turns out these could not be factory reset so the company replaced both devices. Customer service was quick to reply with help and solutions and was quick to ship me the new, upgraded devices that they had out with more parental controls. I am very pleased with this company and would purchase from them again in the future. My children are happy and love these devices and the freedom it gives to listen to music and do various things.

The device is really well built and sturdy, purely made of metal and glass...sadly, that's where the good things end. The device has Android, yes, and I understand that it's a kids device with parental control, but my god, you have Android 7 (A disscontinued version that has NO support for even any browser). The device has no Youtube, no Chrome browser, no Firefox, no Opera, no Google apps (Yes, an Android without Google Apps, just like a Huawei, but worse). If you sideload apps, most will not work (Due to the lack of Google services I suppose). THE DEVICE IS SO LIMITED, AUDIO SETTINGS EXIST BUT ARE NOT ACCESSIBLE, HOW CAN A KID DO ANY DAMAGE FOR MODIFYING THE NOTIFICATION RINGTONE?!. Its battery life is good, but nothing impressive for a music player. The speed...well, buy a 90USD phone...that's how fast you'll go. If you DON'T care about customizing AT ALL and JUST want an MP3/MP4 player, it's ok, maybe not the best option. If you want an MP4 player WITH ANDROID, seriously, a Huawei phone is a way better option.

I got this for my eight-year-old son's birthday. He sees his older brothers listening to their music with their headphones and cell phones all the time and felt left out. I didn't want to get him a phone, but wanted him to have the ability to listen to his own music. So far, this has been perfect. He creates his own song lists and often walks around the house singing and dancing. We like the parental control features that allow us to keep the content he listens to age-appropriate. I would recommend this product for parents who aren't ready to buy their kids a phone but want their kids to have their own music-playing device.
