Honestly, this seems a bit complicated, especially since it is to be worn by children. I would say that it works OK, however, it also resets the step count during the middle of the day. I thought maybe the PM/AM settings were backwards, but verified that the clock and time were correct, so not sure what is up with that. Also, the band itself isn't very comfortable. I like anything that may inspire a young child or teen to get out there and get moving, and this is no exception. I don't see any reason why an adult couldn't use this either, as long the adult is less than 6 feet (when entering weight and height in the watch, it doesn't go as high as 6 feet). The band is plenty large to fit an adult wrist. The only little annoyance is that if you want to see the time, you have to press a button. It would be nice if you could just glance at it and see the time. The time feature works fine though. A word of caution, this device not only tracks steps and distance, but also "calories burned." Depending upon a child or teen's situation, this may or may not be an issue, but definitely worth mentioning because I know some people may be sensitive to this feature with their children. I've found the steps counter is not very accurate. The steps feature works, but it's definitely not recognizing all of the steps. Maybe this doesn't matter so much, depending on how old the child is that you're getting this for. ... show more

This is a simple fitness tracker watch. It doesn't do anything special but keep track of your steps. Like any watch, it is perfect at the steps as I wore this and my regular watch and step count were slightly different, but it does get the job done.
