I have been carrying my ID & a couple cards in my phone case but for the 1st time in my life I dropped my phone and cracked the screen! I've had a cellphone since about 1995! So I had to get a bulkier case & couldn't find one that would hold my cards too. Therefore I had to find a tablet case that would, since I take my tablet everywhere I go. That was no small feat.I was about to give up, I think I was on page 19, 20 was gonna be the last one. And there it was! It has EVERYTHING! And more. There is a snap pocket that holds cards securely. Right now I have 6 in there, including my CDC immunization card, in its plastic protector. The strap is a life saver, leaving my hands free to shop or whatever. It easily comes off as well. There are 2 tabs with snaps that will either hold it open or closed. So handy! There are 2 cons: there are slots, I think for cards & ID but anything you put in there will just slide right out. And the horrid colors! I went with the least offensive brown, but it is OH SO BORING! I hope they make it to fit the next version of Galaxy Tab cause I'll buy another one. MAKE A PRETTY BLUE ONE PLEASE! ... show more

This is a beautiful case, but I just had two little issues. Number one is that my apple pencil will not connect to my iPad with the case on. Second is that my charging plug won't fit the hole on the case. It might have been my fault for not looking at the full description, or maybe I need a new charging plug. Whatever the case, it didn't work as is. My husband just opened up the hole for the charging port and cut out the section where the pencil is supposed to rest and it works just fine. I would still recommend, those two things were a minor inconvenience. If you are the type of person that would be bothered by these things, just make sure you fully look at the description and make sure it would work just fine for you. ... show more

This is my 2nd purchase of this item. Loved the 1st one so much, had to have another one. For the price, it looks more expensive than it is. I also get a lot of use out of the pockets and card holders on the inside and the envelope and pen/stylist holder on the back.

    • Where’s the shoulder strap?
So I really liked the design and all the features. The main feature which made me order this particular iPad case over others is the shoulder strap, which I had planned on using extensively at a trade show. Unfortunately the first shipment came without the shoulder strap. I could also tell that it was a returned product as it didn’t quite have all the packing material one would expect. It looks perfectly fine and new though so I didn’t mind. I even considered keeping it and using another purse strap I had previously purchased, but as the case was silver and purse strap was black, I decided to request replacement. We’ll, another week goes by and I’m excited to receive the replacement package. This time the case is wrapped in plastic, inside another plastic and also came with a small cloth and cheap stylus. However, no shoulder strap again! 😡. Thanks for wasting my time AGAIN! ... show more
