Dislikes: the longer strap had threads already falling apart. It's still functional, but that worries me. The bottom of the bag has become a little warped, almost like ot has been dented. I tried to reshape, but it does not seem to want to cooperate. Likes: it's perfect for my job in property management! I can keep all my notebooks, folders, writing tools, snacks, makeup, and more in there! It's surprisingly light for the amount of stuff I can put in it & it doesn't look too bulky. I love how it's functional, yet feminine. The inside has plenty of space including a pocket that can fit your laptop, which is padded & has a velcro strap to secure tightly. There's an inside zipper pocket, 2 slots for the pens you like to use, and small pockets that I keep a tiny notepad in and my glasses cleaner/cloth. It has to side pockets that can fit large yeti cups. One has the cords to connect your charging bank or other electronics, which has 3 types of USB ports. It has a lil key chain spot that has a lanyard/clip included. This was a pleasantly useful surprise! The only downside is that the landyard string will fall with the weight of a few keys, but that's okay! The exterior is a leather-like material, that is, in fact, waterproof. I got rained on very heavily and it handled it like a champ! There's an outer zipper pocket that fits the wallet it came with perfectly. There's also a large, laptop-sized compartment on the other side of the bag's exterior that fits soooo much & has a cute fastener, similar to that of a belt. The extra bags are great too. One is a cosmetic pouch that fits sooooo much & has elastic slots & pockets to help with staying organized. The wristlet is super cute & sleek and can fit a million pros and markers, though I plan on using something else for those because it's the perfect wallet for going out. Speaking of wallets, it came with one that's long & clutch-like. It doesn't fit an insane amount of stuff, but it's just enough to keep your essentials. The card pockets are very tight so they stay securely in there. I think there's either 4 or 6 of the card slots. And in the middle, there's a zipper compartment to keep change or whatever else you'd like to store. I take it to work & it's such a lifesaver and completely fashionable! When I brought it, the whole office wanted to try it on and ended up buying one for themselves!

This is a great bag! Looks sleek and stylish it’s a good size if you’re commuting all day or for long hours of the day it has a lot of space and compartments to carry everything I need. The extra pouches come in handy for organization within the bag. I bought this bag back in April of 2024 and the edges of the handles are just now starting to come apart slightly (it’s now February 2025) and that’s with using it as my everyday 9-5 weekday bag so I’d say that’s a good amount of time before showing signs of wear! I only knocked off a star because of its structural integrity, on the little outside zipper my small wallet would often get caught between the actual pocket and the bags skeleton if that makes sense and the bottom of the bag doesn’t have a platform or base so if you have a few things in there it won’t hold its shape as well and that goes for the sides of the bag too.

I like the bag. It’s really spacious and I love the inner lining. It also comes with three small pouches which have the same detailing (ie the striped lining). It looks sturdy but I will come back with an update on durability.

Exactly the bag I needed for my at-work hot-desk situation. I love the matching set. I received the black bag with dark gray hardware. Be aware there is a slight out gassing smell. I also receive a broken buckle on the longer carry strap, but I don’t need it

The charging portion doesn't work, I am not sure why but I am disappointed. The purse and small bags are all as pictured. comes with the shoulder strap and the cutest bow! I carry loads with me into the office and this purse is big enough for it all! The color is like a shiny black not quite midnight black, which i like. This bag was a great birthday gift for myself. The straps are comfortable for walking through the building but not for long periods. Its a great bag for making sure I don't forget anything in my daily travels.
