Keyboard would not connect to device. Even after fully charging for days. Cheap product. Kept it only for the iPad case. But since we can’t use the keyboard, the case is not really flat or level on the iPad. Would not recommend.

Not the quality I thought it would be.

I found the quality of the keyboard to be poor. The color is very pretty and the outer layer is nice, but the keyboard falls off easily (it sticks to the case with a built in magnet) and when you want to stand the iPad up to see the screen and type, it doesn’t stay up. It’s too close to the keyboard to stand. You can make it stand if you put it on top of the keyboard, but it doesn’t stay. Customer service was helpful, but their return label is confusing. They request that you email them and keep the item and then in the same return label, right under those instructions, they ask you to package and send it back. I have no problem sending it back for the return, but they should make their instructions clearer so you don’t have to message them for clarification.
