Very comfy and they fit as expected. The pockets are nice and deep, if you fill them out because you were too lazy to bring a purse so your carrying your heavy wallet and phone and you decide to out it on the side poket, they will stay put and not fall, thats how good is the elastic band on the waist. Is nice and snug on the bottom leg elastic so ypu don't feel any cold creep in. They are stretchy enough so if you need to bend they won't tear. I'm a massage therapist and i have to lunge a lot when I do the massage, before I used to wear leggings but my boss was not fond of the idea so I bought these and so far I don't miss the leggifs with these ones. They do not compare to regular stiff cheap scrubs you buy here or even walmart, these ones are really good! If I ever had to buy more scrub pants I'm definitely buy these ones again. I'm 5'8" weight 178 and bought the Large Tall. I have large hips and they fit amazing because with the other brands it was either too tight or too lose where they would fall easy if the waist cord became lose because of having to buy it big enough to fit my hips. I have been wearing these scrub pants every day for 2 years and they still look great. They shrink slightly in the first wash, but they are stretchy. The back of the waistband curls over at the top, but I don't think it's noticeable. They are high enough to tuck my scrub top into. The waistband is so comfortable and hides my muffin top. I get tons of compliments on these and staff stop me in the hall to ask where they can get some. I am 5'7", and pear shaped, and when I was size 10 in jeans the Medium Tall fit perfectly, slightly snug, and I cycled 5 pairs for 2 years straight. Now that I am size 12 in jeans I sized up to the Large Tall which fits perfectly after washing. The Tall length means they cover my socks and rest on my sneakers. I use one of the zipper pockets for my credit card and chapstick, and the other one I leave unzipped and stuff it full of gloves. The leg pocket is big enough for my small spiral notebook or my samsung galaxy phone with giant otterbox case. UPDATE - 4 years and 40 lbs later, size 18, still wearing these every day in the Large Tall. I cut off the little infinity decoration on the back pocket with no problem. ... show more

Material feels amazing quality looks exceptional I love the 3-in waistband the only reason I gave this four is because I am a true medium I'm 5'2 I weigh 135 lb I normally wear a medium in everything however when it comes to Scrubs I wear small petite even though I don't consider myself small so I was questioning when Facebook said this medium is your best size. sure enough I bought the medium it is way too big I have big thighs and a big butt and it's still large in my thighs and my butt. the length seemed perfect and the material felt so comfortable I was really bumming I even considered keeping it but let's be real I bought the stretch ones so they wouldn't end up looking baggy on me at the end of shift like all my other scrubs anyway these feel like they're going to be so comfortable I can't wait to get the small ... show more

    • My new go to scrub pants

After reading the reviews, I ordered a M; however, I found those to be too snug in the thighs and butt so I returned them for a large. After receiving the large, I ordered two more pair because I loved them so much. I've been wearing Dickies for years, but after gaining a good amount of weight, I needed pants that would not ride down when I bend over and move which caused me to constantly be adjusting my pants. These are higher in the waist, but soooooo comfortable! The only issue I have is that my pink pair looks a little unflattering in the crotch area d/t the seam and stretchy fabric. I just wear a longer top with this pair. My gray and black pair don't have this issue d/t the darker color. The bottom of the leg openings are not form fitting to my ankles, but it's not a problem for me. These are my new go to scrub pants. Oh, and I love the zipper pockets! You can secure items much better and zipping them doesn't affect the fit for me. I'm a psych nurse and I do have to secure necessary items often. Being able to zip them in my pockets is a time saver! ... show more

I love the style and fit of these. This is my third pair. Two out of the three pairs- the elastic waist band folds Uo and ruins the whole look. My most recent pair the elastic started bending on day one. I’m going to have to return them. It makes me sad because they are so cute and comfy otherwise.
