This product is great for days when you don’t want to use shampoo. Works well and really conditions the hair. The package is problematic and the pump breaks easily. Because the product is thick it can then be challenging to get it out of the bottle as it can’t be put upside down because of the pump and I end up having to unscrew the top to get out the product every time I want to use it. This is the second bottle where the pump broke almost immediately so I think it is a packaging design flaw.

To all the babes out here with hair damage from 2005+: Yes, we used to tragically use the ever-popular "wet-to-dry straightener" and it makes me cringe every single time that I think about actually using that on my hair. With that being said, Kevin Murphy has been out here absolutely slaying the hair game. The only thing I fake in this life is being a blonde, and with all the damage that naturally follows along with the highlights (plus the heat damage from styling tools), this product has been my lifesaver. I cannot gatekeep this secret. RE.STORE & REPAIR your hair with this amazing cleansing treatment. This is honestly one of my favorite fragrances that Kevin Murphy uses in their wash and rinse products. Laters babes!

Love this product. Basically 2 for 1, less bottles in the shower, less bottles when traveling. I love the close/lock feature ont he bottle, so when I need to lock the pump, I don't have to push it down and waste product, I just have to twist and it locks for travel. The product works really well on conditioning, but also on getting the oil out of the hair. Feels like a conditioner, works as both shampoo and conditioner.

Never did I think I could use 2 in1, as my hair “needs” shampoo and then conditioner, not one and not the other. This product is absolutely the best thing I’ve ever used, and- I’m so picky about conditioners. TRUST ME… it is beyond worth it! 👍 100% legit review and 100% best product. Threw all my others away!

I’ve used this product for around two years and I absolutely love it. It makes my hair so soft. However, I absolutely despise the bottle it comes in and the pump. The pumps never work properly, always almost impossible to get to work. If you twist it the wrong way one day in the middle of a shower, you might well be there for 20 minutes trying to get the product out. And when the pump is working, when you get about 3/4 way through the bottle, the pump is redundant anyway because the product is so thick that it sticks to the inside of the bottle and you can’t pump it out anyway, so I always end up having to water it down, shake it around, put the pump back on (which of course won’t then work) and waste a whole bunch of time trying to get the product out the bottle. Please Kevin Murphy if you are reading this, do something about the stupid unfit-for-purpose packaging. Please put it in a more environmentally friendly squishy package that we can roll up like a toothpaste tube so we can actually enjoy using your product and not feel like the people who developed it never actually tested it out on themselves.

I have dry hair so I thought this stuff would be amazing like other reviewers said it would be but so far I'm not impressed at all. I don't feel like it does anything that it says its supposed to. I will probably return it.
