I absolutely love Kevin Murphy products. This conditioner makes my hair soft and shiny, full of bounce and makes it appear healthy. Some reviewers have stated they thought they got a fake product, I can say what I received was the real deal. Depending on the batch and age of the product, there will be slight variances in the color. However, the smell is consistant.     • No seal on bottle, only 75% full?

This bottle arrived with no seal and it was only 75-80% full which is a bummer. If I stick my pointer finger fully into the bottle, the tip of my finger will touch conditioner. I wonder if there was a mishap or spill prior to/during shipping?
