I have been using both the shampoo and conditioner, in addition to the smoothing spray for a year now and my frizzy hair is just as frizzy. I've had much cheaper products do a better job of controlling frizz. The smell is good (not something I care a lot about) and my hair is soft, though not particularly shiny. I have more breakage and split ends than I've ever had before. I don't wash my hair excessively or use heat more than once or twice per week (always with a protectant).
