I actually bought this for my tortoise. And I built it myself even though the instructions say two people. So it took a little longer but the directions were super clear and it was an easy process. All parts were clearly marked. Once it came together with braces and all parts installed it became very sturdy. The instructions said it would smell after unpacking, which it did, but it has improved overnight. My tortoise hasn't actually yet used it, but I think it will work very well for him. Of course I'll have to put a 3" ramp in front of the door so he can get in.

Mine came with broken front panel, and 1 missing package of screws. After having me jump through the hoops of sending pictures proving the baggy of screws were missing (proving damage made sense but proving something was missing by picture didn’t make sense to me) they told me it would be too far or too expensive to send me replacement front panel and issue partial refund to fix myself. I felt I really didn’t have a choice. But as I continue I notice the floor has no support on 1 side, so it’s not stable to put any weight on. And there is no direction to secure in place with screws or nails- Why? Also screws were falling out of some of the pre made parts. So the quality as well as design are terrible. I still don’t know how I am to fix the front panel since it’s the leg that’s broken so the entire house won’t stand straight. Should have sent whole thing back when I had the chance :(

My dog is a bit large, so I was worried it wouldn't fit, but it's perfect for him since it's spacious. Its door can be opened on one side to make cleaning the house easier
