These sleek modern patio lounge chairs came in perfect condition, well-packaged, and on time! Not only are they beautiful, but comfortable and easy to set up (no assembly required, just unfold the legs from beneath the seat). Read some negative reviews about them being not truly woven and breaking easily, but woven ones also break just as easily if not more, especially after sun exposure. For the price these chairs come at, I say it's better to replace these than to replace woven ones that cost over a thousand dollars should they eventually become brittle after long term outdoor exposure. Every piece of furniture ordered online should come like these ones!! I've ordered almost all of the new furniture for our new home on Amazon, but more often than not, they come damaged due to shipping and handling. Buyer beware (grin). I'm gradually taking these off the market because I love them so much. Have 6 now. Absolutely love these ! Don't forget to order the center stand that raises up to allow for some ice and a few bubblies :-) So where do I start. I live in Scottsdale Arizona. Bought to for our home here, loved the resort quality look and feel - light weight yet sturdy. Big smile. So I bought another two for our vacation home up in the mountains. Bam! GREAT PRICE ! What's great about these diddys is that you do NOT need a cushion that can blow away or get filled with rain,snow or ice. Perfect ! So the story goes on. After two that arrived down here in Scottsdale, and the two I bought for the Cabin, I went out on a limb and bought another set . Why? Because the cost is awesome and we have family in town. So...... my family has ordered their own sets for their own yards etc. Expect another 12 to fly off the shelves. Absolutely love these ! ... show more

Horrid. We have owned a set of these for years and they were great. But they did fade over time and eventually wore out so we decided to buy more. The second batch arrived and one broke instantly but because I waited a month to unbox it before summer it was out of warranty and they refused to work with me. Decided to give it one more chance owning the fact that it was my fault the first time, although they should have lasted longe. We ordered two more just this last month. Needed then for a function and when they finally arrived ( after 30 days). Both chairs inside the box were broken with holes in them. All right in fact, they seem so cheaply made now . Not the same. To make matters worse, communication is constant back and forth with no real answers really and no real easy solution, making the return very difficult and VERY frustrating . All I want is for them to send a UPS truck to pick them up and refund our money. At first I tried to get an exchange but they don't do that and they refuse to help, and the return is also a lot of work. I can't just throw these in the back of my car and take them to the UPS store. It's heavy. And we don't have a truck. Basically they screwed up and the inconvenience is 100% on us. Not to mention we didn't have chairs for our family event . We are so disappointed that the quality has gone to crap , as we really did like the set that we had. We had six of them! They lasted years over 8 years. They were great chairs . Well, They are no longer great chairs . I would not buy these if I were you and save yourself the Time, frustration and headache. Opt for something you can get sooner and that will last. The quality has changed not for the good. VERY disappointed. ... show more

First time ordering something that would require some effort to return if I wasn’t satisfied, so needless to say I was a bit nervous. The chairs came and from the packaging all the way to relaxing poolside...I was so pleased!! This was by far my best purchase to date!! The chairs look exactly as pictured. I wasn’t sure how I would like not having armrests but actually I love it! It’s so much nicer to be able to flip around/move around due to not having the armrests. The chairs don’t hold water like some and a very quick to dry. Super easy to clean or just hose off. The shape of the chairs make for great comfort. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this product. I’m so thankful I decided on this set! As a matter of fact I ordered another set! This packaging came absolutely destroyed! The box was torn apart nearly everywhere and the tape was barely hanging on, it was basically held together by string. Surprisingly, the chairs themselves were undamaged! They were easy to assemble and they look great on the pool deck. They are not super sturdy, if you scoot the chair around at all, just be prepared to check the front legs of the chairs. They do not lock into place like the back ones do for some reason. Luckily, we don’t move them around much at all and I find them comfortable and attractive. We have received many compliments. Very happy with the quality for the price, if they hold up a few seasons it will be well worth the investment. ... show more

I really like these and think the price is more than fair as the order comes with two loungers. These arrived in one solid piece so set up was a breeze. They are a tight, well made wicker firm plastic like material. The shape is exactly as posted & the curve of chair not only kind of sexy but comfortable. They definitely won't be a disaster outside as other loungers can be. Mine go on a flat roof deck & I cannot emphasize how much money I've wasted getting chairs over the years only to be color stripped by the sun or ripped apart by crows. With or without a towel these are quite comfortable & the head pieces that raises up or down allows for true sunbathing or easy reading. Excellent. Recommend highly. ... show more

The look and design is very nice, however I am sort of disappointed with 2 things. I assumed per the description that they were woven all weather wicker - they are not. They are a molded plastic with the woven "look" a good whack will cause breakage at some point as they do not have the flexibility of actual woven all weather wicker. Secondly , these need to be on a solid or at least flat sturdy surface. I put one in a spot where I like to sit in the sun which has a very slight incline and the legs under the top section get pushed past their limit and popped out - not easy to carefully fix. The second time I was very careful about sitting and not causing any movement but even the slight incline is just too much for this chaise. This time the round section, that fits the leg on one side to the base, broke. This was the day I got these chaises so I was really upset they didn't even make it a day. For the money, they should have at least a sturdy metal leg as you cannot always be on a flat surface. Severe common sense design flaw. I will use some Gorilla glue to fix the leg - that stuff dries like a rock. For now, I just leave the leg off- fold out the bottom leg at the lower part of the incline and it works fine. I suggest just not folding out the top leg if you are using this chaise on any incline. Really, for the money this is ridiculous. ... show more

These lounge chairs are so comfortable and are so easy to clean. They look like wicker but are not. They are firm and strong. They r just right for my deck which is on the small side. I bought two lounge chairs in 2018 and they still look brand new!! I highly recommend this product, u will not regret it ... show more
