I had to come write a review about this chair because I can’t believe more people aren’t raving about it! It is the best bang for your buck I could find for an electric recliner AND has heat and massage, wow. The material seems great, very soft and true to the pictures color (I got dark grey). It was seriously SO EASY to put together!!! It also comes in parts so my weak arms could carry them up the stairs to the room I wanted it in. The only thing I will say is this would definitely not work for a bigger or tall person, it’s definitely a smaller recliner. I’m a 5’4” medium sized woman and I fit perfectly, if you were much bigger I don’t think it would work for you. The media could not be loaded. Low to get out of. Assembly wasn't that easy. My friend is a handy woman. The sides didn't line up easily. Had to redo 3 x. It's quiet , comfortable but I had back surgery a few months ago a bit low for me. Going to try for a bit see if I struggle to get in and out too much. Size small. May move into bedroom. I'm really disappointed in the chair. I compared the measurements that were given in the description to my old chair and thought they were close enough. The chair is just too small and I can't return it because I have to pay return shipping of over $200.00. I will just have to live with my mistake. Be very sure of the size before you order. The chair arrived several days. I finally have time to describe how great it is. It is really easy to install. It is screwdriver free and only 5-10 minute to set up. Generally, this chair is suit to anyone who want a good rest and have a good support to someone who is suffering from back pain.

The fabric, look and performance of the chair are great!! We initially had a problem with one of the two we purchased, not working properly. The footrest went up but not back down. The seller was very quick to respond to our message and after a possible solution didn't work, they sent us a new one, it works perfectly! Some reviewers have said the chair is small...this is absolutely true. I'm 5'2 and it's perfect size for me. However, my husband is 5'10 and it's too small for him. The width of the chair is also small, so if you have a larger rear end, you will be very snug in this chair. Additionally, when you raise the foot stool, you cannot prevent the back from reclining which makes it more difficult to watch tv. We'll end up purchasing non slip pillows to help with that. Please note that because the recliner is power, you cannot quickly put your feet down like a manual recliner. You have to wait for the motor to put the foot rest down all the way. It's a bit slow. We had to move the phone so it's closer and can be reached from the reclining position. The charging ports are great, I love that feature! The cup holders are a great feature, but it's hard to help yourself up with them there. The pockets on the sides are great, I can keep a book or craft kit in them with no problem. Overall, the quality of the chair is great, it's just smaller than we thought it would be. A higher back is needed for more comfort. ... show more
