The Keratase Chronologiste Masque is wonderful. It leaves my hair soft and shiny. I’ve been using this product for several years now on a recommendation by my former hair stylist(I’ve moved to another state). My current hair stylist always compliments me on how healthy my hair is. This is a fantastic product that I have purchased directly from Kerastase for my first and second purchases. I had hoped that I would also be able to purchase this through Amazon due to the convenience and how quickly it’s delivered. However, sometimes with expensive products, things can happen. This arrived this evening with the Amazon package completely sealed and intact. However, when I opened it, the Kerastase box was sealed up very tightly with plastic and tape. Once I got the plastic off with scissors, I found the box was torn in and the top was missing. I have no idea if the product inside is actually the product that I paid for. I will be returning this and ordering directly from the Kerastase company again or picking it up from Eric Fisher Salon locally. ... show more
