I'm new to trying to make earrings with polymer clay. Bought these as it was a nice and versatile set, and a good bargain for the money. Keoker is a good brand and the cutters were easy to use (once I used corn starch on them) and cleaning them was a breeze. The earrings turned out well! These cutters were the first ones I used for making earrings too (even with the sharp points!!). The cutters came in a small plastic box -- which was nice that all the cutters from that set were able to be kept together. I have deducted one star from my rating due to a minor discrepancy in size. Around half of the cutters are approximately a quarter inch larger than the measurements stated in the listing (give or take a couple millimeters), I would have preferred them to be the size shown in the listing as my intended use is making earrings. On a positive note, I must say that these cutters are undeniably adorable. Additionally, I have not encountered any issues with the polymer sticking. I dip the cutters in cornstarch before pressing/cutting it into the clay. Prior to use, I condition the clay, but I make sure it isn't too warm, as too warm of a temp. can make the clay stick. Overall, aside from the slight size variation in certain shapes, I really like these cutters. ... show more

    • A bit tricky, great case

I made the mistake of using these cutters as my 1st attempt at polymer clay earrings. These definitely are not a beginner set. But after some research into basic clay & cutter techniques these worked out great. I used cornstarch on both the clay slab & the cutter. I also made sure to work on a tile or glass surface - really make sure the slab is stuck to that surface. The most problematic cutter is the smallest pot & the cactus 🌵 with the upward arms.
