I returned due to some damage to it possibly in shipping. No problem getting a replacement but the second one leaks when the water level is only half way to the fill line. Overall it is cheaply made and just has been disappointing overall. When it does run it splashes water out side of the fountain a crazy amount. They also require use of distilled water which is a bit of a pain and expense since you have to keep adding to it. Will keep it because I don't want to hassle with returning since I got rid of packaging. I'll try and figure out where it is leaking and fix it but I cannot recommend this fountain. ... show more

The top and bottom tiers were so lop sided water can only pour out of one side. when you look at it you have to turn you head sideways. See picture. Looks like someone had a few too many before going into work. My other problem is a 3 week estimated delivery on an item that took 2 days the first go. I have friends flying in this weekend and family flying in two weeks. The who reason I ordered this was due to these visits. It was really fun repacking this and driving over to the ups store. Update, they sent me a new one that is good. Problem is the new one is brown. I'm going to go to home depot and buy some paint, not going through the ordeal of returning it again.     • Leaks and splashes excessively
The fountain looks great and was easy to put together. It was difficult to mount to the wall only because I have composite siding. But, after finally getting it up I discovered 2 problems. First was,even with the screens the fountain splashes like crazy, soaking everything around it. Then noticed it leaking between the bottom basin and the attachment. It appears to be from the area where the pump cord goes out. So disappointing, I've wanted a fountain since moving in my new home as previous owner had one there that they took with them. I'm going to try to seal around the opening but that will not help the splashing. No place to adjust water flow as I thought. So it may have to be returned. What a hassle that would be! ... show more

    • Lasted 6weeks!!!Poor Quality
Received this fountain on April 28,2020. Installed it onMay 22nd. Within 6 weeks of installation, the light stopped working and with in 8 weeks, the paint was peeling off the fountain! Very disappointing, given the price paid for less than 2 months of use!!! Of course the return date had passed by the time it failed! ... show more

    • Great fountain!
We bought this fountain back in May 2019 and love it. It splashes slightly, so either put in a splash zone or add rock to the top to slow the flow and reduce the splashing. It makes a nice strong waterfall sound due to it being 3 tiers tall. LOVE IT

Easy to install & minimal assembly required. It splashes a bit too much & you must keep an eye on the water level to avoid burning up the pump motor. Over all, these things are a small price to pay for the lovely ambiance it provides.

I’ve had this for several weeks now it leaked in the back I caulked it and now it’s leaking again I would not recommend for indoor
