Fountain is on my patio. When I first unboxed it, I was surprised to see that it was green. Color was listed as moss which I assumed would be gray. Also, the top bowl had come unglued. I glued the bowl back on and painted the fountain. It looked much better. Updated review: I contacted Kenroy about the problems I had with the fountain and asked if the pump could be the problem. If so, I asked if they could send a replacement. I received an almost immediate response from Susan in Customer Service asking for a copy of my invoice. She said they would take care of it. I was expecting a new pump, but today received a brand new fountain! It seems to be working much better than the first. I couldn’t be more pleased. Way to go Kenroy! Easy to assemble and get the water flowing. However, the water doesn’t continuously flow out of all the spouts. I’ve made sure the fountain is level. Seems like the bowls are crooked which makes the water come out of one side and some in the middle. I keep adding water and it works ok for a few hours only. I’m very disappointed in the fountain’s performance. It looks nice, but sure doesn’t work like it should. Not worth the money. ... show more

    • Very relaxing and attractive

This is a very nice fountain. It was packed very tightly and all parts were there. Instructions pretty easy. It was put together easily. We did have to make one part work because it was too tight. It didn't take too long for the solar panel to get enough power to start. I do wish they gave more instructions about how to use, when to put the battery on or off etc. I first put the battery one then felt like it might wear down the battery. So, I shut if off and just use the solar panel. It does take awhile for it to start in the morning or if it cloudy all day. The muted color with a dash of red it very appealing and goes with most backgrounds. I only had it for about two weeks so will know more in the next summer months. I wrote to the company to get more information on when to use the battery and when to shut if off. The company never replied but I do have a telephone number but hadn't called yet. Like to know more about when to put it up for the winter months. Again, they need to have more information and not just instructions. It is made in China which is a negative. Surely, USA can make a water fountain? All in all a nice fountain. Nice enough so far that my daughter will order one too. ... show more

    • The fountain is beautiful when set up!

I liked the way it looked and the dimensions were just right for the spot in my front yard. The product was packaged very well and the assembly was quite easy as per the instruction manual included. Would have been happy to get 2 pumps and solar panels like other customers but I wasn't lucky. I filled it with water just over the fill line and cut the on button. The battery was precharged so was able to see it work. It did and the sound was soothing. Used the shims to balance it also. Next day I left the button off and the solar panel got enough sun to make the pump work after the sun went down. However the battery did not have enough charge to run for 6 hours as advertised. The manual did say however to gave it 2 days of full sun in the off position so I'll see if that works. Panel has light port but no attachment so that has to be bought separately. That's disappointing. For the price that would be a no brainer to include!!! Maybe small submersible/floating solar lights would work nicely. Hoping the birds come back for a drink and splash. I bought it for that mainly. Will update again. All in all a nice fountain. Love the cream color with the lite dashes of color in it. Will buy the water cleaner that's safe for birds also. Update: The battery was fully charged and does gave quite a few hours after the sun goes down. I cut it off as recommended to save the battery/pump when not needed. Another little disappointment was the price went down considerably with a less then a week of purchase and as per Amazon policy they do not refund the lower price difference. ... show more

    • Fabulous Outdoor Lamps!
These are just what I was looking for. More than I was looking for! Made for outdoor use, they are beautiful, heavy (good in windy conditions) richly designed and no corners were cut in making them safe for wet conditions. Round cable for plugging in and lots of it. Washable shade. I love these. One thing you should know... ROMAN WHITE is an aged white, not a white white or creamy white. You can see the colors in my photos with and without the light on. Best I can name it is "parchment". I think you could easily spray them another color, but the shade would not match. I find I like the parchment fine. It just was unexpected. The small amount of assembly requires only one medium Phillips head screwdriver. Remove the screw that is not across from a screw and put it back on after you attach the lamp. Easy! But they are heavy. So if you cannot handle weight, get your favorite helper. Buy with confidence. ... show more

Very pretty. Low Quality. Had this only 2 years......1st one arrived cracked, noticed after putting water in. They sent 2nd one. Was told to trash 1st one if carrier did not pickup. Paint started coming off very early on, one of the lights in 1st set quit working 1st year.. Using 2nd fountain lights now. 1st fountain is the one cracking so bad. Paint coming off both. I paid WAY TOO MUCH for this fountain to be such low quality. American greed is the reason china sells junk and American businesses jack up the price...With paint coming off, light defective, and cracking can't justify paying more than $125.....I paid 3x that, and that is why they sent 2...Ya See? ... show more

    • Nice looking fountain!

This is a great little fountain. The design and coloring are more impressive than I anticipated. Strangely, I received two different solar panels and pumps in the box. Originally, I thought that the access panel to the pump was missing, and I contacted the company who called right back to arrange for a replacement. It turns out, that the panel is actually at the very bottom of the box taped into the Styrofoam, in case you can’t find yours. The pump will only go when the sun is shining on it, and I ultimately opted to hardwire it to a 9 V plug in adapter. It’s also worth mentioning, that the birds in my yard will often use it as a birdbath, which splashes a lot of the water out. On a hot week you might find yourself needing to refill the fountain almost each day. Some reviewer‘s have commented that the fountain is lightweight and might blow over. It is definitely on the lightweight side, but I can’t imagine it blowing over if it was full of water. ... show more

Definitely not worth the money. Cheaply made. Water splashes out and lets pump run dry. Changed pump out to auto shut off for low water. Changed the lights out as well since the ones that came with it are cheap and yellow.

    • A nice addition to our yard

We bought this item over a month ago and has been set up in our yard since. We have really enjoyed it! It adds a peaceful addition to the yard and it is so nice to sit on the deck and listen to it. The fountain came well packages and in good condition. It was very easy to assemble. A few hints from us to help others. We set it up the first night but did not turn it on. However, we had added water to the fountain and tried it out but then turned it off. Unfortunatly, the deer also thought it was wonderful and tipped it over cracking several of the pieces. I woke up and was devastated when I saw it. Fortunatly, I was able to glue it with gorilla glue and then put some silicone caulk on it and once that dried, painted it to match. So, the solution is simple. We then bought three rebar pieces and put them into the base and then made sure all of the cords were in the base and ready to go. Once this was done we put two bags of river rocks in the base. It made the fountain SO stable that we have dared the deer to knock it over. We love the fountain! ... show more
