After reading the mixed reviews of ALL the fountains, I was pleased that there were no issues with this one. It arrived in good shape, all the pieces were included, the assembly was as easy as can be expected for something with several parts. I was surprised to learn that fountains MUST use distilled water. Mea culpa! Should have done the research ahead of time. This one goes through about 2 gallons a day, which is a lot of plastic jugs. There is some evaporation but mostly it splashes out. I wrote to the company to ask if Brita filtered water could be used--am still waiting for an answer. ## Have been using tap water since the original post. No problems with it. ... show more

We received this fountain on Friday and assembled it almost immediately. My husband and I had different ideas about the size we needed for our garden area and this one is too small for that, but it is perfect for our screened porch. The sound is incredible and is very well constructed! Having moved from our 5,000 gallon koi pond in recent months, we were both craving the relaxing sound of water and this fills the bill. It arrived in perfect condition and was extremely easy to assemble. My husband was totally impressed with the engineering technology surrounding the assembly. The media could not be loaded. I love this fountain! I was trying to find a decent size fountain for our backyard. I love the various tiers of this fountain and I wanted something that would produce good sound of tricking water. Others had expressed concerns about the product being damaged. The box mine was shipped in was pretty mangled on one side, but the fountain pieces all arrived in perfect condition. This fountain was easy to set up. Here are the pros and cons of this fountain. I posted pictures and videos of day and night so you can see the difference in what it looks like in different lighting. Pros: -Easy to set up -Produces a good amount of sound of tricking water where I can be across my yard and still hear it. -Beautiful color and details -Option to light up the fountain only at night (on/off switch) Cons: -I have to add water to the fountain daily and depending upon how hot sometimes a couple times a days. -I wish they would have put lighting on the top two tiers of this fountain. At night my OCD hones in on how dark the top two tiers are. Overall I love this fountain. I give it 4 stars for its beauty, sounds and quality. ... show more

Everything come out of the box in pristine shape. Was quick and easy to set up in our selected location close to an outlet since you will need electricity to run pump. Fountain has been running day and night with no issues for about a week now. Just have to keep the water level to the fill line since it is summer there is evaporation as well as windy days that can blow the waterfalls out of the tub if strong enough. Sound of the falling water is beautiful and just loud enough to hear over that AC unit in the background of our picture. The lights shine nicely in the evening, We are so impressed we are looking into another purchase for our side garden! ... show more

Wrong item sent (twice). Split AC unit sent first, then a bathroom sink the second time. Easy to assemble, but incorrect item. Items seem to function and were brand new. However, during the return / refund process I was asked to keep the item with a partial refund.

In the document it states to use distilled water. Not going to happen as I lose over half the water in it every day in the summer. You do get a hard water buildup but it washes off easily once a month. I also need to clean the bath out do to the birds. I paired it with a multi plug that is Alexa integrated. It has a schedule that turns the fountain on. I placed a dawn to dusk timer on the light cord to operate only in dim light. ... show more

So far, I love this fountain! Don’t have to fill it constantly like I did with my smaller fountain & I adore the nighttime lights! Put the lights on a smart plug which is working out beautifully. Hopefully that will extend the life of the lights.

Love this fountain!! Great value for the price!! Is lite and easy to assemble. Love the easy access door to the pump. Very smart! Makes our yard so tranquil with the sound of trickling water! My favorite is the led lights at night that I plug in to a day/night timer that I purchased separately. Now we even have random birds using the fountain as their personal shower and trying to train our dogs not to tear out the flowers we planted around it :) Thanks for a great product. ... show more
