I got the olive variant because my other coat is blue. I love the overall look of it, even the turtleneck effect. However, while it's warm, it isn't SUPER warm. I wore it over a shirt + sweater in 5-degree Celsius weather, and was still a touch chilled. My other coat - which cost about the same - easily carried me through similar situations. In contrast to the other reviewer, I found this coat to be quite lightweight and soft as peacoats go (which isn't to say it isn't warm, thanks to the lining). One thing I didn't expect was that the coat has a sewn-in mock-sweater collar and chest that zips up under where the front coat buttons errr... button. Listing also stated coat was medium, but I received a Chinese XL, which fit just a bit roomily for a 5'10" 180lb guy. Anyway, very happy with purchase for under $80. ... show more
