This is a complete piece of garbage compared to my Kennedy Machinist chests purchase 30-40 years ago. I paid $368 in Sept of 2016 and now I see the current price is $782 in March 2019. That is a sad joke at $782. It was really only worth the $368 but is the configuration that works well for a machinist top chest. Quality-wise, it is no better than the 26" top chest from Harbor Freight that is $199. Bring the manufacturing back to the US and sell it for $1000 to buyers that want the quality. Make a separate item of cheap Chinesium and sell it for $350. Pretending that it is the same as it used to be and making the $350 unit that is returned half the time as defective and selling it for $750+ is not working. ... show more

This is a very well made tool box, give it to your grandchildren quality. The center drawer holds the machinerery's handbook perfectly.
