Don’t buy. Worked for five months. Drains continuously. Can’t shut it off because it’s direct electrical connection. $139.00 fee to get diagnostic test. Who knows how much after that! This happened a couple months ago, for some reason it did reset. What a pain!!

Love every feature of this dishwasher except one. Love the handle on the front and the controls on top. Love the stainless interior. This dw cleans everything excellently, much better than my previous dw. The only thing I dislike about is the dish racks. As good as it sounded, I got rid of the 3rd upper rack, it was useless. The lower 2 racks are frustrating as they're made for a full dish set of mainly plates with narrower spaces between the tines. It's difficult to set odd size or shaped dishes and pots in them I can make it work though with a little finagling. Still love this dw and would not trade it for another. ... show more

Sears homes service are terrible and not dependable appointments are cancelled at their pleasure with little thought about the frustrations it causes to customers trying to reschedule other events to get an appliance repair and having four (4) confirmed appointments cancelled on 5he day of the appointment with the lame ass excuse UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES cause the cancellations all four times.appers I will have to hire a lawyer to get this appliance replaced or repaired ... show more

I have only run it 3 times. The last Kenmore looked almost like this and was 15 yrs old died of old age. This one is larger on the inside plus the top rack is an asset. It’s lighter weight. I was nervous when the delivery guys showed up without a lift gate on the truck however they managed it easily and set it in place. My husband installed it. He’s good at that having installed at least 150 of them over the years for fam and friends. I’m very pleased with the dishwasher and the delivery. Good job Kenmore and Amazon!! ... show more

Bought this dishwasher almost six months ago. I have been holding off on writing this review until I had been using it long enough to have a good idea of the performance capabilities... This dishwasher is great for the price point it is sold at. The only times I have noticed it not getting the dishes clean is when we (my family and/or I) overload it. As far as the third shelf, I see it more as a gimic than a useful tool. It does come in handy if you decide to use it for your silverware rather than putting your utensils in the silverware racks. However, if using the third rack, it is crucial that you do not have any bowls, trays or other large dishes that will block the water sprayer. There are two of them. One under the bottom most rack, and the other below the upper rack (where you putting your cups). It was easy to install, and fit perfectly under my counter. Plus, it runs pretty quietly. At least it is a lot more quiet that the last two dishwashers I have had in my house! Also, the way the drying capabilities make this unit much more universal than all other dishwashers I have used in the past! Instead of having a heating element (similar to what is in most conventional ovens), this dishwash8ng machine has a heating element in the lower left side the wall and the hot air is vlblown into the dishwasher in order to dry the dishes without melting any plastic or rubber items placed on the bottom rack! To sum this review up in just a few words, I definitely suggest this dishwasher at the price that it is being offered at! ... show more

Product looks great, i have a couple gripes though. I was under the impression with this qualified order it would have been delivered within 2 days like it said. Not knowing with room of choice option it would take a week to deliver 12 miles. Second, gripe would be, it doesnt me tion i would have to buy a powercord for it. Im 45 years old and never thought a brand new appliances power cord are not included. . The product looks great and packaging was clean with no issues there. This dishwasher worked great for a few weeks. Then the problems started. It's constantly giving F5 error codes, which from my research may have something to do with the door latch. The problems started just after the return window. I was so excited to have a dishwasher, now it keeps breaking down and we're probably going to have to buy another dishwasher. Not sure it would be worth fixing this piece of junk. Save yourself the trouble and don't buy this dishwasher. It's awful! ... show more
