  • I love this keyboard - I'm productive using it and the design is just great. Pretty quiet.
Color: Gilded Black
For: KEMOVE K94 Wireless Mechanical Keyboard, QMK/VIA, LCD Screen & Metal Knob I love this keyboard. I have lots and lots of keyboards, many mechanical. I have not fell in love with a keyboard like this for a long time. So what do I love? First, the sound is pretty normal. It's not emitting a huge amount of mechanical clickety-clack noise. I really like the layout. I really like the color scheme, where you have an interesting quick grouping of keys by the coloring which is meant to be productive than say snazzy. The keycaps are very readable. It has a knob that by default deals with volume up/down/mute. And a screen. I actually enjoy the screen. It's not just doing some random cute animation. It's working. I like looking down and seeing the date and time on the keyboard. I'm not a huge fan of seeing the key status (like caps lock) on the screen but it's something. I'd prefer more of an LED light on the individual key but this is better than nothing. It also shows if you're in Windows or MacOS mode. Saying that: there's a switch for Windows and MacOS. There's a switch for wired, Bluetooth, and wireless. Yes, it has a wireless dongle with a great little home built into the bottom of the keyboard. Push on a little spot and it opens up so that you can pull the wireless dongle out and get to work. Great design. When I was first using it, I have to admit for some reason the shift key wasn't getting held down enough so I had a lot of lower case letters sneak in. Also, the raised surfaces for the F and the J keys (so that you can home your fingers for the QWERTY layout) and pretty subtle compared to other keyboards. Another criticism: I had to go to their web driver page for the keyboard in order to set the time for the keyboard. It was not too far off, but enough that the web app had to fix it. And yes, their web app allows ABUNDANT customization of the keyboard. And you can also customize some aspects just through the display screen w/out using the web app, so there's that. But if you can use the web app, use the web app. But I started testing this and I just kept it plugged in and did several projects with it. I'm going to keep an eye on KEMOVE and see if they have an Alice layout next. All in all: this is like the fifth keyboard I've tested in the past year and easily the top one. ... show more

  • Great typing feel and handy extras, minor software quirks
Color: Gilded Black
If you are not familiar with Amazon Vine, it is basically Amazon trading free* products for honest reviews. I do my best to make my reviews honest, real and value-oriented as if I had paid for each item I receive. * These items are not totally free as Vine members pay income tax on the items they receive. I only mention this because we Viners do have some skin in the game for each item we order. Why I ordered this item: My old keyboard's spacebar was getting screwy and I wanted something with a numpad I could still fit next to my mouse. The LCD screen and knob sold me I'm a sucker for desk gadgets. Likes: * The typing feel on this is stupid awesome. Every key sounds full and kind of thocky, not hollow or clacky at all. * Switching between my laptop and desktop is zippy. I just tap the mode button and it hops over in a second or two. * The metal knob is snazzy. I use it to scrub through Spotify tracks and it has a nice weight to it when you turn it. * The battery indicator on the LCD screen is still showing full after just one charge. I like that I don't have to guess how much juice is left, it's right there on the display. * I pulled two switches out with the included tool and popped new ones in with zero soldering. No likes: * The VIA software only works in wired mode. * The LCD screen is fun but the GIF customization through the app is a bit jacked up. It took me a few tries to get a file to upload and show up right. * South facing RGB throws a nice glow from the front, but some of my taller keycaps cast a shadow and block the light from certain angles. Would I pay full price for this product: Yes Final thoughts: This is a great board for anyone who wants a numpad without going full size. The knob and screen are more than gimmicks, I was scrubbing through Spotify and clicking through GIFs within the first few minutes of setting it up, and the typing feel alone makes we want to keep it on my desk for a long time. ... show more

  • Feature-Packed Mechanical Keyboard That Offers Outstanding Value
Color: Gilded Black
This is a review of the KEMOVE K94 Wireless Mechanical Keyboard, that was priced at $79.99 (price shown in the listing) at the time of this review. This keyboard does an impressive job blending the classic mechanical typing experience with modern enthusiast features. If you're someone who enjoys a tactile, "clicky" mechanical keyboard feel but also wants wireless connectivity and customization, there's a lot to like here. The typing experience is the standout feature. The gasket-mounted design, sound dampening layers, and creamy switches create a satisfying, old-school mechanical feel while keeping the sound refined rather than overly harsh. It's one of those keyboards that's genuinely enjoyable to type on for both work and gaming. The feature set is also remarkable for the price. You get tri-mode connectivity (2.4GHz, Bluetooth, and wired USB-C), QMK/VIA support for advanced remapping and macros, hot-swappable switches, RGB lighting, a metal volume knob, and even a customizable LCD screen. Not long ago, many of these features were found only on much more expensive enthusiast keyboards. The built-in 8000mAh battery is another highlight, providing excellent wireless runtime between charges. The dedicated numpad is also appreciated for productivity tasks while still maintaining a relatively compact layout. Overall, this is one of my favorite keyboards. It delivers the satisfying tactile feel that mechanical keyboard enthusiasts love while incorporating modern conveniences like wireless operation, an LCD display, hot-swap support, and a physical volume knob. For the price, it's an excellent value and a great choice for both gaming and everyday work. ... show more

  • Excellent keyboard - LCD screen, VIA and lots of RGB modes, but GIF functionality not working?
Color: Gilded Black
This KEMOVE K94 does just about everything i like; QMK/VIA compatibility, excellent variety of RGB lighting modes including a lit reactive mode, smooth typing and a handy screen with control dial that doubles as a volume control. Bonus points include the keyboard shortcut defaults being printed on the keycaps themselves. This is a tri-mode keyboard with BT, 2.4ghz and wired, with the slide switches and USB port being on the back wall on the right side of the board. The USB dongle storage is on the bottom under a magnetic trap door which is an unusual choice and not ideal as the piece can fall off and be lost - but its better than having no storage position. The layout does make compromises due to the inclusion of the screen and there are no dedicated PgUp/Down or Home or End as a result. The screen is bright and the default digital display clock looks really nice. While I was able to get QMK/VIA running for customization, the GIF upload seemed to work but the menu option to actually display a GIF is missing from the keyboard's menu and despite the image showing up in the QMK/VIA interface's depiction of the keyboard, it doesn't show on the actual screen itself. I tried for hours to get this to work and despite successfully selecting, editing and uploading images to the board, and trying to find solutions online with no results as this is a rather new board - I have not figured out how to get images to show and for that I sadly have to deduct a star. But if you don't care about the GIF functionality this is a great board that gets the important things right. For $80 I think it is a good value for money considering it has the on-board screen and while I don't like linear switches I do like the other things this board does enough for it to want to upgrade it with something I like better. I will hopefully be able to reach out to customer service and figure out how to actually display GIFs so if that functionality matters to you, you might want to wait till that information is available. ... show more

  • Looks clean and feels great, nice dull clacky sound.
Color: Gilded Black
Kemove K94 Wireless Mechanical Keyboard Setup Help: Go to Kemove dot com and look for K94 Hub up top, open that than select "Open K94 Hub". When the new pages opens it will be in Chinese, look to the top right for a globe icon, click that and select English. Than connect the device and click on the keyboard in middle of screen. This keyboard looks and feels great, it's heavier than the cheap keyboards I have been using and it has a compacted design, the arrow keys are pushed into the letters and they cut some keys like page up/down grouping. The volume knob feels great and worked right away, it also doubles as a menu navigation tool. The switches are called creamy which I had never heard of, but as soon as I clicked them I kind of got it(hard to explain). Compared to my previous keyboard these switches seem to have less travel distance and a softer muffled tactile sound which I really enjoy. The RGB lighting faces only forward so even if you switched to some light up letter keycaps not sure it would really work, so this keyboard is not usable in the dark so much for me. Really enjoying this as it's the most quality feeling keyboard I have ever tried. ... show more

  • great budget gaming keyboard! has a nice quality feel to it.
Color: Gilded Black
The packaging is nothing special from a lot of other keyboards but when you take it out, it feels like it's made of pretty decent quality. The tri-mode connection options is a huge plus as you can use the keyboard across multiple devices if you want. Even the bluetooth has 3 different separate connections you can have on top of that. I'm not familiar with a lot of switches but these sound pretty good, close to what I would like it to ideally sound like. The video attached has a bit more bass to the sound but it can give you an idea of what the keys sound like. If you don't like it, the keyboard switches are hot swappable to something more of your liking. As for the lighting features, there are 46 different effects shown on the screen, although it seems like some of them are duplicates. As with most RGB keyboards, you can change (6) speed and (6) brightness levels. I prefer just a clean white LED but this keyboard does not have a true white color unfortunately but does go through the color spectrum. The knob feels good, but I do find that it doesn't always respond properly once in a while. The screen is nice for general settings. You can customize the screen if you go to the customization site. The time is only 24hr format and was incorrect although it said it syncs with your computer. It did not. I had to go to the key mapping website again to sync it to show the correct time and date. Overall I'm pretty happy with this keyboard for the price. It has a lot of features my premium keyboard has, just a slight decrease in overall quality. Definitely would recommend. ... show more

  • Bluetooth, WiFi, and wired connections, RGB and mechanical keys, and affordable!
Color: Gilded Black
If you like the feel of a mechanical keyboard and enjoy a smooth click (not clicky) when depressing the keys and enjoy RGB effects then you’ll like this keyboard. The Kemove K94 is large enough to have a number pad yet small enough to fit in your backpack. It has 3 modes of connectivity: Bluetooth, wireless (2.4G connection) and wired. I synced it with my Samsung S26 Ultra cell phone and it was recognized via Bluetooth and was easy to type texts and documents (although technically too large for a portable keyboard for my phone, but I just wanted to verify it would work and work well). The tiny LCD screen is a bonus. It displays and allows you to control all the keyboard functions (RGB lighting, brightness, connectivity, and even displays images if you want.) The 8000mAh battery gives you literally weeks regular daily use of on time before charging (backlight off) and plenty of on time with the backlight and RGB lights on. It comes with a few swappable keys and the tool necessary for easy replacement. Another bonus is it is PC and Mac compatible (there’s a switch on the back that allows to use both formats). Probably the best thing of all is the price. For a tri-mode mechanical RGB keyboard with an LCD screen it is a great price. Compare this to the name brands and it is half the price for similar name branded keyboards with similar features. It’s definitely a buy in my opinion. ... show more

  • Awesome feeling keyboard. Love the response and tactile feel of it. The sound is awesome also.
Color: Gilded Black
I love love love the tactile response of this keyboard. This is a personal thing though and not exactly something I would say will immediately win people over if they prefer clackier keyboards, or punchier key sounds. Connectivity has several options. I have it on 2.4 now and it works fine. Battery life is decent and I haven't really ran out. Appearance wise, I don't really care about the color scheme after seeing it in person. The burgandy and cream doesn't work for me that well, but fortunately I have a blue and black set of keys here that will work with perfectly. I do like the screen though, and the overall look outside the color. Setup was super easy, and the quality of the keyboard is awesome. Great middle of the road price for it also. This will probably be my new everyday keyboard for gaming. ... show more
