I went from an arm lock two ball Odyssey putter to this. I love the new spider. I’m rolling it more consistent. Worse than every penny loves to feel in the weight of it. It’s not going to fix your putting, but you can definitely be more consistent.

Very hard to not like this putter! I blindly purchased one before this because everyone said how great it was and I just never felt comfortable hitting it. Literally the first time using this it felt night and day better. After using an Odyessy White Ice #5 putter for over 10 years, I decided that it was time to upgrade. The Taylor Made Spider Tour X is classic in design but with a modern flare. This variant of the Spider does not include the two “ jet engine” looking projections. The Tour X instead has smaller profile at address and is very pleasing to the eye behind the ball. The alignment aide also makes aiming easy. The putter has a soft feel which I really like. Not the cheapest putter on the market but without a doubt worth the price in my opinion. ... show more

Always been a blade guy - Switched to mallet and it has been great. Once you get this putter's weight/speed down, it is much easier to putt compared to blade. The alignment on the top also makes it easier to see your line on greens. Would be 5 stars but took longer than expected to arrive.
