I used medium size jacket so got the medium one, fits perfect. You need to have snug fit as heating elements to make contact with the body. Heats up quickly and then cycles through to maintain heating. Quality is good.

I work in a parking garage and it gets very cold into the night. This jacket seemed perfect and I was looking forward to charging it up to use. UNFORTUNATELY the batter pack and cord are not compatible for charging or I can't get the cord to connect into battery pack. I tried some of my other cords and nothing works. Looking at the pack and I can see the input port is off center which probably why it won't work. The jacket warming feature is useless if we can't charge it up.

I really like this jacket and if you get it on sale its a great deal. This is what I wish Kemi Moto would fix about this jacket and really their entire product line. These issues arent deal breakers, just annoyances. I own this jacket, a heated hoodie, heated vest and heated gloves from Kemi Moto and they all perform great for the price point. Annoying easy fixes list: Embroidered Logo: I wish it didn't stand out so much. I would prefer either a smaller logo, no logo, or logo that uses darker threads so it blends slightly with the garmet. Buttons: I wish the colors were consistant in the product line for high, medium, low heat. Most of them are red, white and blue respectively. But my hoodie uses like red, green and blue. I also wish the buttons were located near the ends of the sleeves or somewhere near the bottom front of the jacket/coat/hoodie/all heated gear. When not on a motorcycle, I don't like having a beacon on my chest (not bad with this jacket, but awful with the hoodie). When I am on a motorcycle, it's near impossible to see what setting your jacket or hoodie is set to. Trying to look down without a helmet on is annoying, trying to look at see it with a helmet on is near impossible. I find myself trying to move to a position where I can see the button in the rearview mirror if I want to change settings or just turn it on and off. With thin gloves on I can feel for the button but with winter gloves on (likely when you'd be wearing these products) it's near impossible to feel where the button is so I can't adjust my heat settings or turn it on/off with out trying to angle myself in a way that I can see the button in my mirrors. Annoying when stopped, dangerous when rolling. The Vantacent89 jacket has the buttons in the perfect spot, it's just not as nice a jacket. Its also missing a giant logo. Love my Kemi moto jacket but I am currently contemplating sending it back and getting the Vantacent89 version for the button position. Also, I dislike the size and position of the logo so much, I use a stitch remover to cut it out of most of my Kemi Moto gear.

I used this Jacket for work in a freezing cold warehouse. This jacket keep me warm all day on low. Love the company Venustas. Their customer service is great. They figured out the problem sent me out a new battery ASAP. Lesley made it easy and was nice working with. My jacket is back up and running. By the way my jacket was purchased last Feburary. So almost a year later and they took care of the problem immediately.

Received the coat but it was missing the battery. I reached out to customer service and they replied very quickly, got the information and had shipped a replacement. Very happy with the customer service. Coat is warm without the heat on. Heats quickly. Haven't had chance to use it much but very happy for the price.
