I searched high and low on here for the perfect plush mattress pad and even the ones with 40k reviews were iffy. This one did not have many reviews at all but it looked wonderful for the price. I am very very picky when it comes to my bed and was in desperate need of a way to make my mattress a little softer. I was actually using this to replace a 300 memory foam topper that was TOO soft. This topper is PERFECT. It holds its softeness, does not get flat and provides the perfect amount of plush. It makes a very very noticeable difference. I have seen some reviews regarding the washing aftermath, but I believe that comes with common sense. Personally i would not wash this item in a regular machine, I would take it somewhere with a larger machine and do a gentle cycle and very very low dry. Buy this, you will not be disappointed. I am writing a review that I was looking for in my hunt for one of these, hope it helps. ... show more

The reviews were accurate. The topper is not super thick and doesn't add a lot of extra comfort. It does have very deep pocket to fit a deeper mattress. The edge didn't go all the way to the edge of the bed. Good value if looking for just little something.

It's not just soft to sleep on it's also soft to the touch but then again all bamboo material is soft ... It's like a bunch of little pillows sewn together... And the filling doesn't move around it stays in place .. there are a lot of mattress pads out there were the reviews say " it's like sleeping on a cloud" and I bought a bunch but this is the puffest one I've gotten and I've bought my fair share ...     • Soft but….
The pad is very soft and fluffy, too fluffy as it wants to slide around on the bed. It does not fit snug to the mattress so when you move in your sleep, it moves too. I’ve had to adjust it nearly every morning. I will add in all fairness, I am a very restless sleeper. I still think the pad should stay on the mattress and not slide around.     • Too Soft For Me
I purchased this at the suggestion of a friend. It's not as thick as it looks on the product page, and its a too soft for me. If you are looking for a soft mattress pad then I believe it is a great buy, because I paid more for my waterproof mattress pad with zero cushion.
