I do apartment maintenance and I walk up to 6 miles a day and good fitting footage can make or break you when you have to cover a large area on foot everyday, and these boots fit and feel great for all the walking I do. They are also very good at keeping my feet dry when I have to walk in the wet grass early in the morning or when it's raining and it's puddling up in the parking lots, they may not be 100 percent water proof, but they are the perfect amount of water resistant for what I need. I would also say I have had more people comment about how they like the way these boots look than any other new boots I have ever had. Bought these for my daughter her works in a high volume kitchen.Said they were very comfortable and great fit...Leather was soft and great quality and very water proof...downside...the sole is not slip resistant and she was sliding all over the kitchen...so ended up having something different. So I bought these to use up the rest of my boot credit after buying an expensive pair of boots. They met all the requirements for safety to get my reimbursement. I was surprised how nice they looked when they arrived, could def wear these as daily footwear if you wear boots with your daily attire. But that’s kinda where the good stops. They are fairly comfortable, but I added insoles. No sore feet. But after just one week of wearing the eyelets started falling off. I work construction and boots rarely make it six months, even a 300$ pair, but to see wear in a week was alarming. I now only use them for working around the house and have seen no further wear. I think for the money they are a good set of boots to get you going or to have as a spare pair. I think I’ll buy another pair to add to my wardrobe but probably not for work, unless I need to spend a little more money to use my whole boot credit up. ... show more
