The Jacket worked fine for my son who just needed something to keep him warm. Yes, the zippers have issues but just be careful and you should be fine.

Was initially very excited about this warm wonderful jacket but the seem to have cheaper out on the zippers which easily fail ( separate after being zipped up, especially the pocket zippers) and have to be manually put back in place. Actually the main zipper has problems a lot too. It’s a shame because otherwise it’s a fantastic warm jacket. Edit: I’m surprised that I never heard from the management or customer service from this company. Since this is a design flaw you would think it would be in the company’s best interest to at least respond. I would bet they would sell many more jackets if they upgraded the zippers even at a higher price point. Just because a lot of customers leave no review doesn’t mean they are happy. It could, indeed mean they simply won’t ever buy your product again without improvements. This unseen hemorrhage of customer will seriously hurt your bottom line. I will leave this review as is until you at least acknowledge this flaw. Still no word from seller or manufacturer. At this point I have to say avoid this jacket like the plague unless you have a good seamstress who can swap out all the zippers.

I bought this for my husband. This jacket’s material is nice. It definitely helps keep you warm. I like that the sleeves are a good length and aren’t short. Nothing worse than a jacket with sleeves that don’t run your full arms length and then some. I like that there a zipper and buttons. The only drawback is the hood. It’s small and pretty tight to Velcro closed.

I usually wear a 3xl so thankfully I found a jacket that has that size so that was a plus. Just got it in the mail and man this jacket is good! I'm using this jacket to keep me warm during my winter walks so I gotta layer. I am glad that even tho it's a 3x it has plenty of room inside for my layers, tho the sleeves are a tad big but they can be adjusted with the velcro straps in the end. Another thing is the hoodie, I got a big head and this hoodie was not meant for big heads. This wouldve knocked a star off but the company thought about this and thankfully added a zipper to take off the hood all together. It looks great, feels fantastic, I am very happy with my purchase, would buy again tho will update my review after winter with how it held up.

Looks and feels warm but it is 20 below yet. Pocket zippers look cheap and probably fail as with other reviews, as far as coat zipper and hat zipper will have to see. My phone will not fit inside or outside pocket Samsung galaxy s23. Big downer there because who doesn't take their phone with them when they go somewhere. So I guess for cheap I will have to deal. 3 stars because of zippers, I know they will fail. Oh and velcro to hold sleeves tight, plus hood closed around neck they fail almost all the time, get clogged with loose fabrics, so I guess next time I will have to wait and buy one from a place that I can look at it better.

This is one of the nicer jackets that I have seen for years. We don't like the puffer jackets and they make jackets that a re lacking in style! The coats now days look like warehouse quality. People like variety and a nice style that says l like to dress in classy clothing! What gives? This one finally has some style to it. Thank you for that. I have been looking for years! It's comfortable and has a fake fur lining.
