This couch came already put together, included the 4 tiny legs and removable couch pad, it ships in a clear plastic bag inside a box; Just remove the couch from the plastic and place where you desire. I'm certainly impressed with the excellent stitching, especially with all the rounded edges. The leather is super soft. I chose the brown color and it's a deep dark brown. The couch cushion is thick, yet doesn't stay put when my lil Havapoodle gets off. I simply attached 2 long velcrow peices on the cushion and couch and that cushion is no longer falling off and getting dragged into my kitchen. My pooch is only 7months old, & about 7-8lbs. She's a breed not expected to grow more than 12-15lbs But the couch is perfect for small dogs and even a full grown cat, I suppose. Therefore when my dog jumps off the couch, I'm surprised it doesn't move even with it being on vinyl- wooden flooring. This is the cutest little couch for my pup! I got it because I wanted it to look nice in my office where she spends most of the day while I work. She didn't get it in for an hour or so, but now that she's in, she hasn't moved! My 78lb bulky pup fits into the 40x23x13 with no problem! Pros: Looks very nice/classy Well built - middle doesn't bow down even with a heavy dog on it (you can see this from the first pic) Leather finish looks really "couch-like" Came assembled!!! No need to put it together! Cons: Arms could use a bit of padding The large could be a couple inches deeper/wider Worth the money and I'd purchase again! ... show more

Comes fully assembled out of the box. Just simply take the plastic bag off it and it's set up! I upgraded to the large size since I have a 22lb dog and a 14lb dog. They can lay comfortably together now. I like that the cover is mink-like soft and removable (so it can be machine washed). I do wish there was a plastic/waterproof layer, of some sort, over the pillow inside since it cannot be machine washed. Still, if it gets smelly I can always freshen it up with some odoban. The outside is a leather like material so it can be wiped down to clean. I love it and even better, My Dogs love it! ... show more

I ordered the small cat/dog bed because I am bringing another cat into our family. I wanted something that matched into my living room and this does. Unfortunately, so far, my original cat doesn’t seem interested in it. I am thinking of replacing the cushion with a thinner one. I think the thicker one is better for a dog. Right now, with the new cat separated, I have not been able to test it on him. The couch bed is sturdy and very well made. I was concerned because of some of the negative reviews, but mine came in perfect condition. There was nothing to assemble at all, which I really appreciated. Got it for my dog for Christmas last year and he loves it. Better than regular dog beds bc it’s easier to clean since it’s just the pillow cover you have to wash. He’s about 16 lbs and a small/medium dog and the size was perfect for him.

I looked for days for a sofa for my dog so he didn’t have to jump up and down from furniture - he has arthritis. I decided on this one - looks good, a lot of positive reviews, arrived on time. And it’s so cute, looks to be made well, and I think the cushion will be great for my dog, and his back will be preserved for a while longer. So far, he has not touched it, but he’s slow to warm up to new things. MY PROBLEM is that I ordered BROWN, and like other customers who ordered brown, I received a BLACK sofa with a GRAY cushion, as is clear in my picture. I don’t have gray in my house. This couch is sturdy, attractive and all the dogs love it. I did however put a more substantial cushion on underneath the one it came with only because when I pushed on it I could feel wood beams coming through and thought dogs would be more comfortable with extra padding. That's more for larger dogs. I bought it for a 50lb mixed breed however the 90lb Pyrenees mixed puppy seems to steal it quite often and because he's so long/big I assume the beams would be uncomfortable. I absolutely love the couch however and so do the pups which is the whole point. I would definitely buy again and potentially will if puppy ends up claiming it for himself 😆 ... show more
