KEEN products are consciously created using PFC-free water repellent (in applicable styles) and leather sourced from Leather Working Group (LWG)-certified tanneries. **Updated*** Circadia has been a great boot overall, just wish the stitching wouldn’t come apart. I’ve only had these a couple weeks. Seems to be a consistent issue for me and Keen boots. I had another pair of a different model I bought a couple years ago (still have) and a similar issue… the stitching near where the toe bends seems to blow out pretty quick. Love the boots but maybe make a little tougher in the bendy area. **Contacted Keen through their site and they processed a warranty claim within a couple days and gave me credit to get another pair of boots. I work at a hospital in the engineering department, so we are constantly walking and I must say I’ve tried a lot of different work boots and hiking boots and these are my favorite and most comfortable ones I order two more pairs which I also use when we go adventure camping .

This is my second pair of Keen hiking boots. I still have and wear my first pair but I found and liked these so much I bought them as a backup. They are outstanding boots like the first pair. I only use them for snow/ice hiking though. When the weather and circumstances are warmer, I still go to my trail running shoes because they are super lightweight and i dont need the extra protection from the environment. but in either conditions, the Keens are unbeatable to me. My first pair of Keens. It was a toss up between these and the targhee iii's. These Circadias arrived today and they fit very well out of the box. I've only worn them for 1 trip to the grocery store (shhhh I'll wear them on a short hike in the bush tomorrow). They fit my feet very well out of the box. Lacing them up properly really gave my feet and ankles robust support. My toes were able to spread apart for support with each step. When properly laced up each step was made with confidence on flat surfaces. (I'll update when I'm able to hit some more uneven terrain). My only complaint is the color. I thought I ordered a light colored boot. What I received was anything but that. I'll post some natural light pictures tomorrow. Also, I know these boots are meant more for their usefulness as a tool than as a "designer/fashion " boot, but my pair arrived dirty with glue stains all over the foam cushion. Would have been nice if they were cleaned on the assembly line. Other than the color I luv these boots. I might order a pair of the targhee III's for more challenging terrain. ... show more

It’s an excellent boot. Exactly what I was looking for, but turned out to be too narrow for my feet. I exchanged them for a Wide and they work.
