They arrived faster than expected. I read other reviews and got one size up. Unfortunately, I will have to return them and get an additional half size up for a total of one and a half size up. As for the shoes themselves, they are incredibly comfortable and have great support for heels and ankles. They are made very well and appear durable. The style is exactly as pictured and I appreciate that for hiking shoes they are very lightweight and not bulky. They also have traction for grip at the bottom making it great for slippery areas as well as incline. Overall, I would highly recommend these for price.

Hi Tec shoes are the best. Never had a bad pair. They are comfortable, functional and durable. They are water proof and the color is perfect.

I had to return the first pair, size 6.5, they were too small with normal socks. I normslly wear 6.5 and have wide feet. My second pair, I ordered 7.5 and they fit perfect even with socks! I love the soft colors and the fact they don't have the big black toe protection like a lot of them. The price is very good, I don't know if that means they are cheap quality but I don't hike much so I am confident they will serve well for my purposes. Looks like the soles will have lots of traction but haven't hiked in them yet.

I ordered the half-size up and was so hopeful for these. I wore them for about 5 months but realized my toes were repeatedly getting very big blisters due to that tight toe box that everyone has warned about. My feet are medium width. Finally after the last bout of blisters on both feet, I put them in a bag to donate. They were wearing well as far as materials and I liked the color. But they were blister making machines, so had to go ..... sooo dissapointing... :(
