Tights are very well made. Nice thick material. True to size. I am 190 lb and 6 ft tall and an XL is just a bit baggy on my thighs when I stand but fits just right when I'm cycling. Waist size is good for me (34) I probably could have fit into a size L for a more snug fit. Ankle zippers are perfect. My only complaint is the waist elastic strings are short. Just trying it on it I Pulled them inside and I had to fish them out with a needle nose pliers. My Patagonia tights, they were smart enough to sew a little fold in the end of the strings.
