This was a great buy. I bought 2 of the 3 row, 9 tier racks so I can make it custom to my closet space and needs, and it's perfect. I put it together by myself, once you get the hang of it and figure out how you want the layout, it goes by pretty fast. It came with straps to screw it to the wall/studs so it doesn't tip which was great. I'll definitely be getting a few more to organize my basement. They cost about $28 each and are the cheapest I've found. It seems to be very sturdy and should last a long time. ... show more

I've not completely finished putting this together yet, but it's very versatile and for the money you absolutely can't beat it. One of the parts came damaged, but I emailed customer service and they fixed it right away. They were very nice and quick to respond. It's easy to put together. I didn't have to attach it to my wall and it's plenty sturdy enough. I have sweatshirts hung on one side and am putting my tree hammocks on the other.
