These lights are great. I put them on my paddle board and got many compliments on them the first time I had them on the water at night. A great variety of modes of chasing, fading and blinking. My personal favorite is the red, white and blue steady on. The battery case/control unit is fully sealed and seems fairly durable. The remote is rather thin and has a cheap feel to it though it does work and is necessary to access all the functions if the lights. It is not water tight like the battery case. I find that the remote must be pointed directly at the control unit for the system to work. For all the functions these lights offer at less than $25, overall, this was a good purchase. ... show more

Absolutely love these paddle board lights. I actually just folded my paddle board with the lights still on them and pulled them out for a second season and they're still phenomenal. Good product and sturdy hooks and glue. You can always buy reinforcement glue and hooks to attach the lights if it wears over time. 10 out of 10 and would buy again ... show more

Second time I’m using these and a section is already dead! So frustrating and too late to be able to return them so now I have to buy a whole Nother set, but I will definitely use another company and will stop recommending this company to my friends who have asked about my lights

This SUP light kit by VIDLULTD is a great way to add some flare to your paddle board/kayak/etc. and allows you to enjoy your water sport even after the sun sets. I liked that there were lots of different color combinations, patterns, and modes that you could set the lights to. However, it would be nice if the power switch was separate from the mode selection button — this way you wouldn’t have to tediously click through all the settings every time in order to get to the one you want. The lights fit my 11ft paddle board well and the clips were easy to install, however, the tape they provide isn’t very strong and I had some difficulty with keeping them attached when rolling up the board for storage. The waterproofing for the lights and battery compartment seems well done - it works, but I can’t attest to the longevity (the hard plastic clip seems fragile or like it may wear out with use. Overall, this light kit is pretty cool, but it would be nice if there was a better way to secure the lights to your vessel (this probably wouldn’t be as big of a problem if your vessel doesn’t require you to deflate/roll it for storage). ... show more
