I got the Meta Quest 3 with the basic strap and it HURT my head to wear it for any length of time. I took a chance on this strap and have no regrets. It's adjustable - I can wear it, and so can my son. The adjustment knobs are easy to use. Installation is a snap, maybe 1-2 minutes start to finish. I might buy another strap with the spare battery if I find myself playing more, but personally I don't play for hours at a time. For sheer comfort, I definitely recommend this.

I really enjoy this headset compared to my old one, which was battery heavy! Until I got this headset I had never played the quest 3 for more than 20 minutes. The first night I played with this on, I played an entire 2 hours before my battery went dead, and I, at that moment realized just how long I had been playing. I wear glasses which is a pain but I still an comfortable while wearing this unit. My ONLY complaint is that it's not adjustable. It's kept straight and I understand the concept because it works. That said, don't try to lay down in bed with it, and watch a movie because it isn't happening at all! So, as good as it is, it's still not feasible to use. I will be keeping it until I locate another that will accommodate both the comfort and ease this one carries but must have an adjustment so one can lay back in bed and watch movies.

Feels awesome, definitely takes the pressure off the face. Adjusts very quickly and easily for passing between players. I bought the one without the battery and got my own one foot USBC with 90° ends. The battery slot gave me the ability to make my own lightweight "cartridge" with cord inlaid so I can put a 20,000 mAh fast charge battery in my back pocket for 8 plus hours of use. Also having the one foot 90° USBC attached makes it so every time you plug it in can be done from the head strap so if you wreck the port it's only another $20 for a new strap instead of a whole new headset for $500 +/-
