I loved these sunglasses but today the arm snapped off at the gold fixture. I doubt they can be fixed. How can I get my money back? Or replacement?

    • Stylish, Sturdy and Super-functional Glasses!
Color: Tortoise Mint Polarized Lens Width: 54 Millimeters
These shades are the perfect size and shape to be slightly over-sized on a small framed person. I have defined, arched eyebrows and they blend very well with the frames of these glasses. The polarization is very good, and yet I'm experiencing less problems with distortion when looking at my phone screen - a bonus!! The weight of the frames is substantial enough to feel sturdy but not heavy on my face. These do tend to slide off my head when I put them on top for safe keeping, a drawback, but they can also be tucked into a shirt collar, etc. even more safely. The color of the lenses is medium dark brown - but you can still see my eyes through them which I prefer - finding it really strange myself when I can't see a person's eyes when they're wearing sunglasses and we're having a conversation. The frames are a nice tortoise brown shade and the sea-green to slightly aqua color on the inside of the frame is a very fun accent. I would definitely recommend these glasses and other Kate Spade styles for their quality and durability. ... show more
