Think of those big giant hormonal pimples that you get and this will, literally like the product is titled, eradicate them!!! This helps with those stubborn underground pimples that you can never pop as well as open pimples. I will forever love this spot treatment it works so fast definitely worth the $ better if you get a coupon for it I can put this on a problem zit and it quickly pulls out the gunk ready to pop the same day does have a medicinal smell but I like it

Nice sting lol, instructions clearly stated not to be used on broken skin, but it is what it is...i scratched! The cyst was gone in a week!!!

Well this zit was huge and poking out bad. It did completely make my zit go down but it also burnt my skin and now it’s very dry and left a huge circle! So with that being said, I will continue to use but I will make sure next time that I just dob the zit and not a huge area and I also won’t leave on all night again! If it wasn’t for that though! This stuff does work. It burns a tad on popped zits but not horrible and goes away when dry. I’m getting horrible hormonal acne after not having acne my entire life and I’m trying to make a change to get a hold on it.

I have had perioral dermatitis twice in my life. They put me on 2 months of antibiotics last time when it anpprared around my nose. It reappeared 2 years later and nothing seemed to work. Then I tried this product and it was gone in 2 days. Amazing! So relieved.

I bought this product for my teenage son, who had been struggling with acne. We had tried everything—top-rated over-the-counter products, prescription creams like retinol, and even oral antibiotics prescribed by his dermatologist—but nothing seemed to work. I was really starting to worry. When I came across this product, I was skeptical. But after trying so many things already, I figured one more couldn’t hurt. I even considered taking him to an acne clinic, which would have cost a lot more, if this didn’t work. To my surprise, it actually did. He started using it consistently, and now only applies it occasionally when a breakout starts to come back. His acne is basically gone, and I credit this product for making a huge difference. I should also mention that he made some lifestyle changes too—cutting back on fried foods, dairy, and sugar, which helped him lose weight and improve his skin. I believe going to the gym played a role as well. All these changes together really paid off.

I bought this product after looking at more expensive options like Renee Rouleau's Anti-Bump solution, and hearing iffy things about Mario Badescu's Drying Lotion. This seemed like a promising middle point, and I heard from some blogs that it was a miracle acne treatment. This is definitely not a miracle treatment BUT I still use it every night to lessen my new acne. I put it on trouble pimples or new cystic acne every night. They aren't completely gone in the morning, so I have to use it multiple nights, and even then there is usually still a scar, but it does shorten the life of the pimple. It says to use it multiple times a day, and to work on cystic acne you must apply it immediately when you feel one coming on, but I can't just stop my work day or day out and about to take off my makeup and put on pimple cream so that is almost impossible. It does dry really quick so I can immediately lay down when I put it on at night. Overall, I am glad I bought it. Bottom line is that it does help if used consistently, but doesn't zap your pimples overnight, so don't have too high of expectations.
