The watch holds a charge for a few days, has interesting faces, records exercise well, and alerts well for emails. The app is excellent, better than the ones I used for fitbit watches. The band fits well with a nice design, and didn't irritate my skin after wearing it a few times.

The MXQ Smart Watch App was pretty easy to set up. I downloaded the app and pairing it with my Samsung Galaxy S21 with no problems. Setting the watch up was a bit more troublesome since I am not a computer person and never owned a smart watch so it was all new to me and the instructions that came with it are lacking. At first, I had the watch ringing with phone calls but not my phone and when I tried to "find my phone" the watch rang but all the phone did was vibrate which does no good. If I lost my phone and it was on a soft surface, having it vibrate wouldn't help me find it. Come to find out it was a setting on the watch and once I turned it off, my phone would ring again. Now I have everything working by doing a few internet searches to find the information I needed to set it. (There is support but I didn't call them.) As far as accuracy of all the information, I can not confirm or deny it. It seems right but to be honest with you, I sleep when I am tired and wake when I am not. I don't look at the clock so can't say for a fact that I did sleep 7.54 hours last night and certainly can't tell you how much 'light sleep, deep sleep, and REM' I had. Just like me not counting my footsteps in a given day, I can't tell how accurate it is, however, all the information it gives seems reasonable including heart beat, blood pressure, and O2 levels. It has a voice feature that I find that a bit awkward. First getting to the voice, then pushing on the ball, and then having to repeat the question a bunch of times before I get my answer is a bit annoying. It isn't that loud either, even though I have the volume as high as it can go. Same when answering calls on it, the volume is too low especially when there is background noise. To sum it up, the instructions are lacking information but everything works on the watch including messages and phone calls. It has several options and features including clock faces, and can be set to 'light up' every time you raise your wrist to look at it instead of having to press the button to turn it on. It is connected to the phone via Bluetooth, so obviously you still need to keep your phone nearby. The app is very easy to use and see the information on. I think it would make a great choice for those who don't want to spend the money on smart watches offered by their cell carriers that cost a lot of money but still would like to track their fitness, sleep, and never miss a call or message while not having to hang onto your phone all the time.

I decided to buy a "smart watch" not for monitoring my steps, heart rhythm or anything else that they sell. I'm in my mid to late 50's and have some significant health issues. So , all I really wanted was a way to call 911, if I needed and maybe have something to tell me time. I paid $50 so I didn't expect much. It comes with the usual micro printed instruction manual, which really doesn't tell you anything. I have paired it with my phone, and gave it ALL the permissions it asked for. With that said, it hasn't/can't pull my contacts. It has three watch faces that suck and I can't figure out if I can download any other. I am not sure what the dial does. The weather isn't for my area (or it is grossly wrong). The band is basic rubber. The "find my phone" function only vibrates my phone for about 5 seconds. The screen is wonky to come on with a touch. If I need to call 911, I have to hope there is no moisture on my finger and have to hit tiny buttons, if I can figure out the menus. Maybe it will be better for your needs, but it doesn't seem to meet mine.

Got this to upgrade from a smart watch I bought 2 years ago for the same price. This watch is double the size, and does so much more! This is a steal for such a great product, gives Apple a run for their money. If you’re thinking of buying, definitely do! The watch faces are beautiful, super easy to navigate and set up. Very comfortable!

This watch is an outstanding value, has many features and is generally easy to use. Top pros: easy set-up, very long battery life, easy to read large watch face, numerous features. Top cons: Needs to be near your phone to work, steps, miles and calories don’t always seem accurate, poor user manual printed in too small for my eyes font, requires a proprietary charging cable - don't lose it! Summary: Upon opening the nicely packaged rose-gold tone watch, the instructions (minimal, with tiny type) asked you to pair (or “bind”) the watch to your phone (I have an iPhone) – it was easy to do, happened quickly, and the watch came charged to ~ 85% allowing immediate use. Once fully charged the battery lasted more than 7 days! The watch itself has a number of features, many of which could be accessed right away without any type of instructions. There are 8 screens - the main screen shows date and time; followed by steps, calories and distance walked; heart rate; blood oxygenation, sleep, sports played (need to download additional ones from the app), weather and the last menu allows you to turn on or off certain screens. It took me a bit to figure out which swipes and swipe directions got me more information, but it was easy to do. The app associated with the watch is very clunky and not super helpful, however I found trial and error to work. The steps, calories and miles seemed a bit off from my iPhone – I tested this during 2 long hikes but quickly realized that using the sports feature and indicating I was hiking would have been more accurate. It does take a few minutes for the blood oxygenation to be read. The phone shows texts and calls, though a bit difficult for the other party to hear me unless I was holding the watch to my mouth when speaking. Weather is updated hourly, and you can sync information with Apple Health which is a nice feature. The one big drawback is that the watch needs to be near the phone to be effective. Overall, I am delighted with the watch, feel it is an exceptional value and an excellent choice for first time smart watch users.
