Really should have did no stars but that is not an option. 1. They don’t tell you that items ship separately. Waited over 20 days for the shoes and two days for the “tool box” so set up happened over the course of 30 days. When you finally get everything set up and running.. you can’t connect to the systems to start playing. I’m one day in and still trying. Seriously, save your mental health and almost two grand! If I ever get the system up and running I will give a better update. And as far as moving this thing.. yea it’s not the best. Ima say that the floor scratching is probably my fault. Just something to worry about. ... show more

This took some getting use to. Once I found the sweet spot for where on the concave platform to position my steps (slightly behind my standing position) it was more intuitive to use. I find it fun and a much more active way to enjoy my vr gaming sessions

The "device" and the company that sells it is a complete disaster. From day one, there have been countless problems in getting the device (along with its software) working. For such an expensive device, (similar to appliances), i believed they'd have service technicians that can arrive at your home to fix/repair any issues on site, right then and there. None of this is the case. You must wait 8-12 hrs for them respond via email (ass they are based in China) but even then, they want you to "prove" that you're actually having issues and send them repeated back and forth videos to actually show the problem; as if new customers have unsavory schemes to defraud them after having spent $1200+ dollars. Not only that, but any replacement parts ship from China, so you'll be waiting 3+weeks minimum if/when anything breaks. Oh yeah, that's exactly the experience i was looking for after spending so much money. I have never been so disgusted, nor have i experienced anything so disgustingly degrading and frustrating as having to "prove" I'm having issues with an item that cost me over $1200 dollars. STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE!! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. 1400$ trash. Shoes did not arrive, geek squad could not even figure out the installation. Terrible product, read the other bad reviews and avoid this purchase. No replies to calls or emails.
