So much space and can fit all of my tackle boxes. Excellent product and there are bigger sizes, but how much do you really need to bring. This was great for me, but if you really have more stuff then just your tackle boxes, tools, and rods. Then I think it’s worth going bigger. Also, zippers are good quality.

I ended up returning this bag after giving it a try. Ultimately, it was just too small for my needs—though that’s no fault of the bag itself. The main compartment offered decent space and the overall build quality felt solid, especially considering the price point. One downside: the built-in water bottle holder couldn’t accommodate my 32oz Nalgene, though it should work fine for most standard disposable sport-top bottles. Honestly, this bag would’ve been perfect back when I was a kid biking to the local fishing spots, trying to juggle my rod and gear.

This backpack has both a lot going for it and a couple of frustrating quirks, I wanted to share my experience. The positives are easy: it’s comfortable to wear, feels very well-made, and the price is excellent for the quality you’re getting. On top of that, it has a huge amount of storage space—plenty of room for gear, which was one of my main priorities. For comfort, quality, and value, this bag absolutely delivers. That said, there are two design issues that keep it from being perfect. First, the clips are placed above the MOLLE system. If I put my pliers in the MOLLE straps, I have to remove them just to unzip the front pocket. That basically makes the front pocket useless in a pinch, so I only keep things in there that I rarely need. The second issue is with the zippers. They don’t fully close at the ends, which leaves a small gap. Most of the time that’s fine, but when I’m fishing in tight quarters from a small boat, I’ve had my fishing line slip into that gap multiple times. It’s not the end of the world, but definitely annoying when space is tight and you can’t just move around easily. Overall, this is a really solid backpack that I’d still recommend, especially for the price. Just be aware of those two small design flaws. If the manufacturer ever updates the clip placement and zipper design, this would easily be a five-star bag.

I got this pack for fishing around the Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge in some of remote areas accessible only by foot. Comfortable to wear walking along and casting. Holds more than enough tackle and baits for an outing. Would definitely order another one.
