KastKing has done it again with creating a very nice product at a good price. This is a really nice fishing backpack and I am not sure you will find as good of a bag at this price. It's a smaller bag which is made to hold two 3600 fishing boxes. This is perfect for me as I don't like carrying a large bag when I am shore fishing. I keep my lure selection much smaller compared to when on a boat as there are fewer presentations that can be used when shore fishing. This bag has the option to be used as a sling bag or as a two strap backpack. You simply unzip the strap and it becomes two straps. There is plenty of storage with multiple pockets. The top pocket is a velcro enclosure. The bottom uses a zipper and comes with removable ziplock plastic bags for soft plastics. There are other pockets inside the bag as well. It comes with a rod holder, which I don't use unless I happen to be wading. It also has a drink holder large enough for a bottle. The bag is said to made of water resistant material, but I assume that if you are out in the rain, it will not keep everything dry. The back of the bag is padded which cushions your back from the gear inside. All the zippers seem solid and move easily. Lastly, this thing comes with tons of attachment hooks. This allows for attaching pliers, scissors, and other tools.

Excellent! So roomy, convenient and well made. It's larger than my tackle box but somehow feels so much less clunky. The space inside is perfect, I love the pouches for my soft baits. The drink holder is large enough for a standard coffee mug. Overall this is a really good, well made bag. Get it!

I’ve been looking for a fishing backpack for sometime as I’ve been using a handheld bag and it’s not the most convenient when your hands are already full of fishing rods. This kastking bag is exactly what I was looking for. It’s lightweight, has ample storage for my tackle, and very versatile. The front of the bag features a Velcro pocket up top that’s super easy to get in and out of and fits 2 rolls of the kastking leader I have perfectly side by side. The front also has a removable smaller bag that’s attached by 2 clips and Velcro. The small bag includes binder clips and ziplock style bags for storing your lures. I personally didn’t use the bags as I prefer the smaller bag for additional storage of other items. On the side of the bag you’ll find a bottle holder and the other side has a nice leather and Velcro strap to store a fishing rod. This is great if you like to ride a bike or scooter to your fishing spot. Inside the bag has sizable storage that can comfortably fit 2-3 tackle boxes. There’s also 2 laptop style slots in there. Lastly, the strap to hold the bag is one of the best features! It has a very smart zipper design that allows you combine both straps to make it a sling bag or keep it separate for more of a traditional backpack look. I found wearing both ways to be comfortable as there is a good amount of padding on the straps. Overall, I love the functionality and look of the bag. Its versatility makes it great for a fisherman who moves around different fishing spots and wants to keep their tackle close by. Very happy with the bag so far. (See photos)

When I first got the product I thought the backpack would be too small but despite its size, it holds a lot of gear, has a bunch of pockets of all sizes and it is super easy to use, to organize your hair, hooks and other stuff. The durability is really good, and being tuff, it’s still really comfortable, a lot better then hauling a duffle bag sized bag. It’s definitely worth the price, and was the perfect gift for my husband

Amazing bag for fishing. Great design, holds plenty of fishing gear and keeps everything organized. The bag itself is comfortable but the told holder feature isn’t the best if you’re trying to walk with the rod hooked up on the bag. Bag works great and definitely worth the purchase.

Just bought this for my 10 year old. It's a perfect size for him, but might buy another for myself. Holds just the right amount of gear for a day trip. Well stitched, seems sturdy, looks like it was built to last. Love that the shoulder straps zip together for a sling or separate for both shoulders. Only disappointment is that the water bottle holder is too small for a 32-40oz water bottle so that will need to go inside. Does not come with the pliers and scissors in the photo.

I took this out for a fishing trip & I really liked it. The only thing I wish was different is the length on the shoulder straps, I’m rather petite so this bag hangs a bit lower on my back than I’d prefer but it’s not uncomfortable Space wise it can hold a lot, I used it for carrying my water, tools, meds, dog stuff & there was plenty of space for more. The fishing rod holder was actually quite nice for my 4 piece rod. Also good for holding up the rod while I did other things waiting for a trout to nibble.

Durability might be subject to improvement but for the price its a pretty sweet little fishing bag. Certainly not for pro's or guys who are hitting the water every weekend. But for those of us who fish 5-10 times a year its a perfect set-up. The rubber zip locks that they include in the front pouch for scented baits or things that can dry out is nice, easy to remove too if you don't use them. Stitching and some of the clips are probably not making it long term but if you know how to repair stuff like that (or simply don't care) then you're getting a pretty great way to grab one bag and a rod and be ready to go. I replaced a fishing vest with this and I'm happy to make the change. Beats a plastic tackle box hands down.
